📍Memorial Park area: Cottage Grove • Timbergrove • Washington • Heights • Garden Oaks & nearby Over the past year, I’ve worked with professional trainers on my Doberman rescue, who came to me reactive and anxious. (Turns out training is really for the human, not the dog ) That experience taught me to stay calm and confident on the leash, and to help anxious or high-energy dogs feel safer. Having a sensitive dog has also taught me to meet dogs where they are. Playful or shy, I build trust at their pace. I’m especially comfortable with large breeds but I love small dogs too (my first pup was a Shih Tzu!) and I have experience with senior dogs who need extra patience. My goal is simple: your dog feels safe, and you feel at ease while you’re away. I’m happy to send updates, my camera roll is already 90% dog photos, so adding more is no problem 📸 I’d love to set up a quick meet & greet to make sure it’s a good fit. I also have a flexible daytime schedule, so your dog gets real attention if you’re out at work.

I let dogs warm up to me at their own pace and avoid overly excited energy during introductions. I follow their normal routines as closely as possible, especially for walks, feeding and bathroom breaks, since consistency helps reduce stress. I also pay close attention to each dog’s behavior and adjust my approach based on their needs. In a client’s home, I respect their space and follow all instructions carefully to keep the pet’s environment familiar and low-stress.

Aranza arrived on time to pick up Nena and also rehashed important details of the walk with me to ensure maximum satisfaction. During the walk I received periodic updates, and a photo showing nena enjoying her time outside. Aranza takes the occasion very seriously and I feel 100% secure when she is watching over Nena.
Ero absolutely loved Aranza! She is my new go-to for watching him while I’m away. Aranza was very punctual and communicative for Ero’s drop-in. He is a bigger, more energetic dog but she also handled him well for his potty break. And she took the cutest pictures of my boy! Will definitely be asking her to take him on walks.
What a sweet soul! She instantly connected with my fur baby, Fez. There were zero issues with the scheduled drop in that Aranza conducted. She maintained good communication and followed up with me. Fez was a happy boy! I’ll definitely book again
Aranza was super fast to respond to all of my questions with all the kindness and patience in the world, even when I requested a last minute booking! It was tremendous help and I could feel that she cared about the wellbeing of my dog as much as I did. Both of us were more than happy with the visit!
Brownie loves Aranza! He had a great time on his little walk with her.
Aranza was a pleasure to meet and work with. My German Shepherd can be a little intimidating to people because he is so playful but she was able to work with his energy. He came home happy :)
