We couldn’t recommend Arabelle and Chantelle enough! From the very first time we met them, it was so clear how much they genuinely care about dogs, and we immediately felt completely comfortable and happy leaving Bernie with them. They were so lovely and understanding of all of Bernie’s little needs and routines, and kept us updated with lots of photos and messages while we were away. It was honestly so lovely seeing how settled and happy he was, especially all the photos of him playing and clearly having such a wonderful time! Knowing Bernie was being so well cared for meant we could relax and enjoy our time away without worrying about him at all. We’ll absolutely be asking Arabelle and Chantelle to look after him again in the future and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for kind, caring and trustworthy sitters. Thank you both so much for taking such lovely care of our little Bernie! 🥰🐾

Schedule
Pet care fits naturally into our weekly routine. I work during the week but have weekends off, while my partner is currently at home and has a flexible schedule throughout the week. This means there is usually someone available to provide plenty of attention, walks, playtime, feeding, and companionship. We work together to ensure every pet receives consistent care, lots of love, and their usual routine is maintained as closely as possible.

We understand that every pet is unique, so we always take the time to learn about their individual routine, personality, and needs. Whether we’re caring for pets in our home or in a pet owner’s home, we aim to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. We follow the owner’s instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medication (if required), and any special routines. We provide plenty of attention, enrichment, and affection while respecting each pet’s boundaries and preferences. We also send regular updates and photos, so owners can relax knowing their pet is happy and well cared for. Our goal is to keep your pet’s routine as normal as possible, giving them a calm, caring environment where they feel secure while you’re away.
A typical day
A typical day is tailored to each pet’s routine and energy level. We’ll start with feeding and fresh water, followed by toilet breaks and a walk if needed. Throughout the day, we’ll spend plenty of time playing with toys, giving cuddles, providing enrichment activities, and making sure your pet gets lots of attention and companionship. For dogs, we enjoy walks, games like fetch, and exploring new sniffing spots where appropriate. We’ll also provide regular updates and photos, so you can see what your pet has been up to and have peace of mind while you’re away.

- Before caring for your dog, we’d love to know about their routine, personality, and any special requirements. This includes their feeding schedule, exercise needs, favourite toys, likes and dislikes, any medical conditions or medications, allergies, behavioural quirks, and how they interact with other dogs and people. We’ll also ask about any commands they know, whether they can be left alone, any fears or anxieties, and emergency contact and vet information. The more we know in advance, the better we can provide safe, personalised care and help your dog feel happy and comfortable while you’re away.
