I always get nervous leaving my dog Louie because he's a bit young still. April did such a great job with him. She sent me pictures and texted with any questions she had. It really made me feel at ease.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would simply hand over my entire life savings and possibly nominate them for “Human of the Year.” Our dog Leonard (part-time gentleman, full-time chaos noodle) was watched by this absolute legend, and I’m convinced he is now emotionally attached in a way that borders on writing poetry. Leonard returned home calmer, happier, and somehow... more sophisticated? He made eye contact before stealing my sandwich. Growth. We got updates that were equal parts National Geographic documentary and stand-up comedy special. At one point I’m pretty sure Leonard was described as “a brave explorer confronting the terrifying vacuum monster,” and honestly, I’ve never felt more seen as a pet parent. Not only was Leonard cared for, he was understood. His dramatic sighs? Interpreted. His zoomies? Celebrated. His suspicious relationship with that one corner of the couch? Respected, not questioned. I half suspect Leonard is plotting his return as we speak. 10/10, would trust them again with Leonard, my houseplants, and possibly my deepest secrets.
