I currently work full time for DHS, and sometime may get caught up in a work 5 hour work day but generally I'm in the office for 3 hours at a time, I work from home 2-3 times in the week. My son is 10 yrs, no other adults live in the house. On weekends I sometimes go hiking and take my dogs with me, and would love to take you pet too.

The apartment building that I live in has a dog park that is fenced in. Building is equipped with an elevator. I do have room in the apartment for an additional dog crate if needed. I am well versed in medication (pill, syringe, needle) my dog takes monthly and daily vitamins/preventions (flea/ heart worm/tick). My dogs have NEVER been contagious/harmful sick and are up to date with all annual vaccines (Exp: 09/30/2028). 😊

Information April T. would like to know about your pet
-My Louie is not a fan of dominate male #umpers, he is ok with female excited #umpers -Medications/ accommodations: Let me know if your animal has medication or special requests so I can accommodate you and provide you comfort and confidence in my care abilities. I am very comfortable with giving oral medication (pill or liquid in all types of forms) and with giving any type of shots (when mine were young I got there boosters from Tractor supply and did it myself). -Potty Habits: Please be completely honest about your animal’s behaviors, I am pretty adaptable to the nature of your pet (many potty breaks, accidents, marking). I am fully aware that a pet may make one accident upon arrival. If your pet likes to mark or is not trained, I'd rather prepare with pee pads rather massive cleaning. -Trauma: Safety is important. Let me know if there are particular dog breeds to avoid, scared of smoke detectors, 4th of July fireworks, or anything to note! I will accommodate for you! -Allergies/ stomach issues: let me know so I avoid treats that does not work for your pup :) -emergency or next of kin contact in case I cannot reach you.

Pet care experience
For as long as I can remember Iv always has some type of pet from dogs, cats and reptiles. My dog is my world and I understand that in some cases it’s hard to leave your babies behind and I want you to be confident that your animals are being cared for. My dog is great and respectful with cats!

Reviews

April was amazing!!! My dog is very picky for where she stays but with April she had now issues and was super happy being with her and got all play time she wanted. April kept us updated with pics and videos everyday which was great.

April - Thanks for making Meadow feel at home and treating her like your own!

Yumi had an amazing stay with April! She took such great care of her and treated her like one of her own. She sent daily pictures and videos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and she was always quick to respond and kept me updated. It’s clear she truly cares about the pets she watches. I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter, and I would absolutely trust her with Yumi again. Highly recommend!

April is great.Thank you
