Life Long dog lover w/two of my own
Hi, I’m April! I’m 27 and live in Philadelphia in a house with a fenced-in yard. I’m a lifelong dog lover and currently have two dogs of my own—my oldest is 12 years old and my youngest is 1½—so I’m comfortable caring for dogs at different ages, energy levels, and stages of life. I work from home on Mondays and Fridays, which gives me the flexibility to spend extra time with dogs and make sure they get plenty of attention, playtime, potty breaks, and companionship. I’m looking to pick up a second gig doing something I genuinely enjoy, and caring for dogs feels like the perfect fit. Whether your dog needs a walk, some extra attention during the day, or a comfortable place to stay while you're away, I’d love to help. I understand how important it is to feel comfortable and confident leaving your dog in someone else’s care, and I’ll treat your pup like one of my own. I have a fenced yard where dogs can safely get some fresh air and play, and I’m happy to follow your dog’s usual routine, preferences, and care instructions. April has always been a dog lover, and she’s had the pleasure of watching my dogs quite a few times. She’s never noticed anything amiss, and the dogs always seemed well-fed and loved and cared for.
April is a wonderful, responsible pet caregiver — she genuinely loves dogs and it shows in how attentive and gentle she is with them. I've seen firsthand how great she is with animals, I have trusted her to watch my 3 babies (2 shihpoos and 1 chihuahua). My chihuahua doesn’t like people & has anxiety but she loves April.

Schedule
I work from home Mondays and Fridays and during the week I work 9-5. I will be able to fit pet care into my schedule fairly easily especially on weekends, or before and after work.
