SMALL DOG SUMMER CAMP 🏕️☀️🐾
I provide Affordable, Dedicated, Safe, Loving, Fun, Interactive and Transparent comfort and care for our small dog furiends! ** We only board small dogs - 20 lbs and under, no exceptions! ** We do board multiple dogs from separate families at once - espcy over the summer & holiday breaks! There are no children in our house but your pup must be very comfortable with other small dogs and with men (as my husband works from home and helps care for our furiends as needed) I have three playful and friendly fur babies of my own (havanese and shih tzu breeds) that are ages 12, 4 and 3 years old! I have lots of experience balancing a full house of different pup personalities and needs all at once! Ive also been a Rover sitter since 2016 and have always cared for family and friends pups too. PLEASE NOTE: summertime is very busy for us hosting pups and in-person meet & greets will be unavailable (for the safety and comfort of those currently boarding with us) I am happy to still arrange a phone call via rover as necessary. ALSO NOTE: we are not hosting senior aged dogs LAST NOTE: Male dogs who exhibit marking behavior inside our home will be put into soft, disposable belly bands for the duration of their stay. They do still get frequent potty breaks in our backyard without the band on.

April is an incredibly friendly and caring person. Her house is thoughtfully designed to accommodate dogs like Louie. She went above and beyond to ensure that Louie’s regular meals and supplements were consistently provided. She shared photos and updates with us regularly, which was incredibly helpful. If needed, she was also willing to pick him up early. We are completely confident in leaving Louie in April’s capable hands, and he eagerly looks forward to his return to see her and his doggy friends.
Mishka loved staying with April! She is kind and very communicative. I could see through the pictures and video that not only was Mishka well cared for but she was enjoying her time with April.
This was our second time leaving our Bolt with April for a long holiday weekend. Just as we were ending our long vacation days, April always had so much wonderful pictures and videos to share with us. It was a highlight every evening to see these come in. Our dog had the time of his life enjoying play time with all his furry friends. He came home happy, content and his usual self. We won't hesitate to reach out for future stays!
April is outstanding and an amazing sitter for Lennox. She provided daily updates and he had a wonderful time!

Schedule
I am a stay-at-home dog mom and housewife so I am available 24/7 for your pups needs (potty breaks, increment mealtimes, playtime & snuggles) I will gladly stick to your fur baby’s normal meal times, potty break schedule etc. We are complete home bodies because I have separation anxiety from my fur babies - so you can trust that your pup will never be left unattended during the duration of their stay - for safety but also to prevent any additional fear of being left alone in a new place; my husband and/or I will always be home with the pups.

We have a dedicated doggie playroom in the front of our house, a perch in a window to watch for birds and passerby’s & a doggie playground in the backyard to sunbath, nap and climb on! Pups are allowed on all furniture and we love snuggling up tightly on the couch as a pack! I base my care on what I observe in your pups body language - whether they need their space to get comfortable the first couple of days, need extra playtime to get their energy out or need extra snuggles when they’re anxious or missing home. We are very hands on and interactive with every visiting furiend - snuggling and playing - to ensure they feel safe, comfortable, loved and cared for.

A typical day
My 3 pups are very playful and active! They love to play with toys, wrestle and chase each other inside the house and out. We have a doggie playground in the backyard that they sleep, sunbathe and climb on. There’s also a nice shaded trail within walking distance to get extra energy out and for mental stimulation. We love just snuggling on the couch and snacking too!
