My schedule outside of pet sitting is currently pretty open. I've been a stay at home parent for a few years now and am looking to branch out a bit now that kids are in school.

Information April H. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know of an accommodations that I can make to help your pet feel comfortable. I know I don't like feeling uncomfortable and some people can definitely make you feel that way - even in your own home. My personal policy is to ignore jumping dogs until they settle; I really WANT to play with them, but I was taught by dog trainers that this is best practice to not engage in play at meetings so they don't immediately jump on people. I promise I'm not ignoring your pup because I don't like them!
A typical day
My cats love their wand toys! They hear the jingle and come running. Reggie, Siamese, is my "flier." He will stop at nothing to catch that "bird"! Chiquí Lucy the Chihuahua perfers short walks to the fridge and giving us sad eyes until someone caves and gives her a bit of egg.

I grew up with dogs, cats, exotic birds, and rodents as pets. I presently have cats of my own, foster kittens, a feral colony that came with my home, and an elderly chihuahua, who is constantly judging my Spanish. 😅
