I am a former vet tech and founder of a thriving not for profit animal rescue in Arizona. Animal care has been my passion my entire life, and I've both fostered and petsat for over 25 years combined experience. Is your dog a Sr, more interested in cuddles and snacks? We'll be sofa bums and make sure any medications are on time. Is your dog still in training? Show me what they are working on and we'll keep working on it while you travel. Does kitty like to snuggle? Or are they less visible when strangers are around? I will go at their pace. With me, you can trust that your pets are in the hands of someone who will see them as one of their own. With a special needs cat of my own, and previously special needs dog, I am no stranger to in home medical care, litter boxes, yard poop detail, etc. Let's talk about your family's needs and how I can support them.

Great pet sitter-Our dog, Jovie, loves April! She takes wonderful care of our pets and keeps our house tidy. We can't say enough good things about April.
April was amazing! She always stayed in contact with me and sent me updates on my babies. She went above and beyond caring for our new puppy. I would highly recommend her and I will welcome her back anytime.
April was a wonderful, trustworthy house sitter! She took excellent care of my house & pets. She updated us on their wellbeing and even had to reset all of our electronics after a storm! She kept all of our pets & houseplants happy! The plants are thriving-I will need to find out what she did for them?! LOL I would recommend April for anyone that wants a responsible adult to care for their house & property.
April was great taking care of our 2 elderly dogs for a week. She was very communicative and even went and got one of our dogs a new collar when his broke unexpectedly. Will be using her again in the future.
April was great! She helped us out in a tough situation and stayed an extra night when our flight was cancelled. We really appreciate having someone we trust at home to take care of Alice while we are away. We will definitely use April again!

I work remotely, with an open schedule to meet your pets needs. I am available for morning, afternoon, and evening needs seven days a week.

At this time I only offer care in my clients' homes and dog walks in their general area. Depending on the needs I can perform the following: Feed, medicate, continue existing training habits, walk, clean litter boxes, brush, cuddle, and play. If you are traveling I will also water plants, bring in mail, and alternate lights on in the house to appear as someone is home if desired. My house sitting rates include this care with an overnight stay. Mid Day drops ins can be discussed for an additional cost.

Tell me about your pets and what they enjoy. These are the activities we will focus on. Does your dog like to play fetch? So do I! Are long walks more their jam? I find them a perfect date. Does kitty have a favorite laser pointer or toy? We're going to have some fun. Do you have a couch potato would could care less about playing, but really digs snuggles? Netflix and snug snugs it is.
