I am a lifelong animal lover, excited to care for your furry family member like one of my own! I am flexible, whether you’d like me to host your pet in my home or come to yours, I’ll make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved. I live alone, so your pet will receive my full undivided attention. My home is in a quiet pet friendly neighborhood with walking paths, and a large park perfect for running, playing, & socializing to ensure they have a fun-filled day with plenty of exercise and mental stimulation.

April was amazing with Ellie! She made sure she was comfortable and well taken care of. She went on long walks and spent lots of time together on the porch! We would definitely leave Ellie in her care again!
We were not very pleased with the "sitting in our home" service provided by April. We left our dogs in her care at our home for 7 days with very clear instructions. Based on our doorbell camera events she appeared to leave 1-2 hours early each night and she wasn't there when we got home on our last day (door unlocked, no notice that she was leaving 4 hours early). It doesn't appear that she gave one of our dogs a lot of her required pain medication and when I tried to follow up about this and other things after our return she just stopped responding to my messages. April was very nice, our house was clean, and the dogs appeared to be in overall good health, but coming home we definitely had some concerns and questions that she would not respond to. We will likely find another sitter next time.
April was extremely kind and responsive. I'm beyond thankful for her for having taken such great care of my pup while I was away. I fully recommend April without any hesitation.
April is one of the most gentle and compassionate people I know. She is the person that will be late to work or a special event to coax a lost dog to safety and do everything she can to find its home. She would never just keep driving. She is the person that picks up litter when she is out on a walk even in her nicest cloths because she doesn’t want to risk it hurting an animal or the environment. She has a warm, kind soul that makes people and animals alike feel safe and at home with her. I never have as much peace as when my dog is with her knowing that she will give her even more love and attention than I do.

I prioritize your pet’s safety at all times and take great care to maintain a calm & secure space you can trust. My schedule is flexible, which means I can easily step away for walks, playtime, and plenty of attention throughout the day. I am dedicated to providing a nurturing environment that mirrors the comforts of home.
A typical day
I will keep your animals mentally and physically stimulated. We will explore the walking paths in my neighborhood, and venture over to the neighborhood park to run and play in the grass. Depending on the days and the type of dog you have I enjoy camping and hiking, and would take them along for a weekend getaway.
