I'm currently working from home 50% of my week. I will occasionally leave for a few hours in the morning some days out if the week, but I'm typically home where I can give your fur baby all the love and attention they need while you are away. My schedule is very flexible where I can be home if needed when I'm sitting.

I have a completely fenced in backyard that is very safe to give your fur baby exercise throughout the day. Your fur baby will be taken on potty breaks every 3 to 4 hours throughout the day, as well as a play break or walk at least 1 time a day. Overnight guests will spend the night with me in my room. Please bring your fur baby's favorite bed, blanket or toy to make their stay more comfortable. I have 2 cats of my own, who get along with other small animals, but separation of the animals is doable as well. I have a large room with a big window, where I will set you fur baby up for the duration of their stay.

My preference is smaller dogs who are okay with being around cats and other animals. Prefer dogs who are social, lovable, and friendly. Potty trained required. Prefer all animals be curent on vaccinations and checked for fleas before coming as I do have other pets.
A typical day
I love to stimulate animals by giving them sensory time outside in my fenced backyard to play or go on a walk. When not outside I will give your pets TLC with toys and cuddles.

I have taken care of small dogs and cats as a foster and volunteer for rescues and a few shelters for the past 6 years. I'm a real animal lover of all kinds, but have the most experience with cats. From my work in cat rescue I've learned to administer medications and look after sick and injured animals as well. I also have experience taking care of small and senior dogs.

April was fantastic with my cat, Tsukki. I was extremely nervous boarding her, as cats often don’t do well with change but April had a wonderful setup and got my cat to warm right up. I received regular updates and photos. April is a very kind woman and an obvious animal lover. She’s also very knowledgeable about animals and cats and it shows! Her home was clean and my kitty seemed comfortable and in good hands. 100% would recommend and I will book her again.
April’s communication before and during boarding is outstanding, and I highly recommend her for her attentiveness and professionalism. She was flexible and accommodating with drop-off times when we needed to leave early for our trip. We consistently received updates and photos of Boots, so we always knew how he was doing. Needless to say, Boots always comes home happy, which we genuinely appreciate. I strongly recommend her for her communication, care, and professionalism.

April was excellent. We first did a video chat to introduce ourselves and iron out any last-minute details. She kept me abreast of Lexi's status and sent pictures. Also, here location was convenient and close by to my home. I would definitely use her again in the future should I need alternative arrangements for my dog.
