I do not currently work outside the home so my availability is very good. My kids are grown so my commitments to family are not as pressing. I have a very supportive husband so I can come and stay with your babies at your convenience!

I like to meet with potential clients before hand to introduce myself to the dogs and get a feel for the home. I ask a lot of questions and take excellent notes on each of my pets so I make sure I am following pet care and/or house sitting care to the letter. I have a calming energy and pets usually respond very well to me. I would love to come love on your babies when you cannot be home with them!

I like to know the dogs general schedule, feeding times, feeding amounts, any sort of medications that need to be given. Approximate times of day to visit, any special behaviors your dog exhibits, any special needs your dog may have I can accommodate!
A typical day
I tend to take your lead on this one. I love to go to the dog park if there is a close one available if your pup is socialized with other dogs. If not, we’ll take solitary walks in the safest area for your pet and myself. I also will play fetch or any other games or activities your dog or cat is interested in!

Pet care experience
I have been a pet owner since I was a child. I have house sat and taken care of a number of pets over the years, mainly for family and close friends. I don’t work outside the home so my availability is great and I actually love house sitting! I love all animals, any size and will love your babies like I love my very own!

April was really good with my dogs. She sent me text and pictures every day telling me how they were doing. This is the first time I went out of town and didn't worry about them. I will definitely be calling on her again.
We had the pleasure of April staying with our pups for 6 days. It was such a relief to find a person that treated them like her very own. Not only did she take great care of each of them and give them total attention, she even shared her homemade treats! She even stayed late because of a late arrival. Can't say enough good things about her care and her character. She is a very trustworthy person! A true gem!
My fur babies were left in great care with April. My dog has a particularly special situation so it was appreciated how understanding and caring she was. Already have plans on using her again!!
