I’m a full time teacher with plenty of evening and weekend availability, as well as holidays. I also have some midday availability due to my own teaching schedule.

In clients’ homes, I keep things how they are left and follow directions how they are written. I also send update photos and/or texts about services and how their pet is doing. If I have any questions/concerns, I reach out.
Information April A. would like to know about your pet
Let me know ahead of time of any particular need of your pet, quirks, etc. I can administer medicine if shown; but I prefer animals that have a set, no fuss medical administration routine. My current cat is on anxiety meds, and she prefers it crushed in her food— for example. (True story).
A typical day
I love to play fetch with both cats and dogs alike (my cats know how to play [when they want to hahaha]). So a lot of play time and/or walks, head scratches, fed according to directions, and plenty of hugs and compliments!

I’ve taken care of cats and dogs my entire life. I have grown up with cats and have taken care of and have owned dogs in the past. When I greet my friends, sometimes I greet their pets first instead of them… woops. Haha 😆 I believe pets are an extension of their owner and are truly a strong member of the family!

April is the best. She is very sweet and caring yet also tough enough to handle our crazy dog. I mean he's not literally crazy just very high energy and also a little needy although we probably enable that by spoiling him too much. Bottom line, we love April.
April was great to work with. She made everything easy, kept us updated with regular messages and photos, and clearly took great care of our dog. I felt completely comfortable knowing everything was handled, and it was obvious she’s both professional and genuinely cares. Would absolutely book her again.
April is punctual and attentive. Our dog is small and old and doesn't need much in terms of walking, but April made sure to spend time snuggling with him and keeping him company during her time.
