Young professional who loves dogs!
I've been dog sitting for the past 4 years since moving to PA, after having a dog for the majority of my life. I'm willing to work within training plans to ensure consistency with behavioral expectations. My husband is a fellow dog lover and has had dogs all his life. While I am the primary sitter, he helps out as he can and is present in the house. I am able to provide the following: - food bowl - water bowl (gravity waterer) - lead for back yard

This is the second time Aoife watched my boy and once again I was able to relax knowing that he was in good hands.
Scarlet had a great time with Aoife! She was great a communication and sending me pics of our fur baby while we were away. Definitely made me feel comfortable that Scarlet was doing ok and settling in. Would definitely book again in the future.
Irving loves her and she took great care of him when we left him at her place for an overnight - his first ever away from home with someone else than immediate family
Aoife was amazing. I'm a bit of a worry wart when it comes to leaving my boy with someone while I'm away. Aoife quelled those worries from the very beginning. She is super sweet, my boy took to her quickly, she provided updates and photos regularly. She is everything you could want when you have to be away from your fur baby. My only worry about recommending her so highly is that she may be too booked to watch my boy again! I can not recommend her enough.
Aofie, was wonderful. Irving sensed she was a dog lover even before she got out of the car and came in the house. He left with her for a walk as if he had known her all his life, and was sad to see her go. We will definitely call on Aofie again.
Aoife was wonderful!! From start to finish her communication was top notch, she was so accommodating, and my dog loved her! Will definitely be booking with Aoife again! 🐶❤️

Schedule
I currently work full time, Monday through Friday, but have most evenings open, as well as weekends. I also have a flexible work schedule and can plan accordingly to morning and mid-day needs. My husband helps as out as he has a more variable schedule.

Safety, trust & environment
Safety is my top priority. I like to take the initial meeting slowly and let the dog familiarize his/herself to their surroundings or myself. Before a dog is over, I ensure my house is dog friendly, and do have a food and water bowl that can be utilized. While my yard is not fenced in, I have a lead to ensure the dog is able to be outside and can run around. We also have a lovely walking trail that can be utilized. While at other's houses, I make sure to follow any and all instructions to make your dog comfortable.
A typical day
I love finding new enrichment activities on social media and websites! If there is any specific your dog enjoys, please let me know and I will do my best to make it happen. I am also very active and will go on long walks, especially in the evening.
