I've taken care of animals, particularly dogs, my entire life and entrusted with care by myself from around age 8. Friends and family have relied on me for the feeding, walking and bathing of their dogs and I look forward to doing the same for you! We always had animals in the house growing up, ranging from fish and hamsters to dogs and cats, so I am knowledgeable in the care of animals of all size, ages and personalities. Whether it’s a short potty break or a long adventure walk, I make sure every outing is safe and fun, hoping to make a trustworthy bond with every pet I come across!

Since being at university, I am unable to care for animals in my own home. However, when providing care in a pet owner's home, I can ensure things are kept neat and tidy and left just as I found them. I always focus on keeping your animals safe, comfortable, and happy. I follow each pet’s routine closely—whether that means feeding at certain times, giving medication, or sticking to their favourite walking routes. As a trustworthy and caring individual, there is no doubt that your space, and pet, will be respected and loved until your return.

Anya was fab!! House sat our 10 year old jackapoo. Anya came and met us all a few days beforehand and was very calm and relaxed with Poppy. Poppy seems to have had a lovely time while we were away and has been spoiled. Anya bought some treats and left them for her. Would recommend Anya to anyone and will definitely use her again.
Anya was absolutely lovely and completely professional. She arrived on time and is clearly an animal lover. We will definitely use her again.
Anya walked our dog for a period of time and was amazing at it. Anya followed our request for commands and continue teaching our dog as we were and she took great care of her, our dog got very excited whenever Anya arrived and would happily go off for a walk with Anya each time. Whereas other walkers we have had have our dog had sometimes been reluctant to go with them. Anya was always punctual and polite and was highly effective at communicating. I would highly recommend Anya as a pet caregiver, she loved our dog like it was her own.

Programa
I am currently studying Psychology at the University of Lincoln and am looking for some experience of caring for animals that can develop my understanding of the effect animal-human interactions can have on mental health! Besides that, I love caring for animals and being outdoors so this is the perfect part-time role for me that can fit around my schedule which seems to vary week to week. I am able to provide care in-between and after my academic day, as well as being available on weekends, evenings and holiday periods.
