Hi! I'm an experienced dog sitter with over 10 years of experience caring for my own or other people's dogs. I've been fostering & rescuing dogs and volunteering at many shelters throughout my life. I consider myself to be very patient and loving and I have managed to gain the trust of almost all the dogs I've met. I also have experience with dogs with mild behavioural issues and I'm open to discussing with you if this is your case. When I'm dog sitting, safety and care for your dog comes before anything else. I dedicate 100% of my time to making sure the dog feels safe and loved under my care. I'm also good at basic dog training and development enriching exercises for dogs, if needed. In addition, I never take on more than one dog under my care at a time, so you can be assured I'm fully committed to your dog during their stay. Super happy that I found Anushka. She took really good care of my dog while I was on a work trip. My dog can be quite sensitive to changes and a bit worried when I leave her with new ppl but Anushka was patient with her and gave me updates, sent pictures and told me about how she was settling in. Felt very safe to leave her there. Will def book again when something’s come up.

Anushka has been an absolute lifesaver when it comes to caring for my dog, Maui. From the very beginning, it was clear how genuinely caring, attentive, and responsible she is. Maui isn’t always the easiest dog, but Anushka handled everything with so much patience, warmth, and confidence that I could fully relax knowing he was in great hands. She went above and beyond—not just making sure Maui was safe and well-fed, but also keeping him happy, engaged, and loved. I especially appreciated the regular updates and photos, which made it so easy to trust that he was having a great time. When I came back, Maui was calm, happy, and clearly well cared for—always the best sign of a great dogsitter. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend Anushka to anyone looking for someone reliable, kind, and truly passionate about animals. She’s amazing!
The best out there! Anushka is a literal dog whisperer, and that comes with a lot of experience, also with dogs that are rescued. She is very gentle, cares whole-heartedly, and is meticulous when it comes to the individual schedules and lifestyle that any dog she is caring for is used to. I trust her sooo much with Leo, he enjoys staying with her and it's never stressful to part with him. Anushka provides consistent updates (with smile-y Leo always), is very hands-on in her caring techniques, and is very prompt in reaching out and managing in case anything comes up with regards to his health. 11/10 recommend.
Vido always loves going to Anushka. That is the most important thing for us. But it is also very nice that Anushka responds very quickly, is flexible, and keeps us very well informed about his stay. In short, we can wholeheartedly recommend Anushka!
Anushak has been amazing with my dog. You can immediately tell she has a lot of experience around dogs and genuinely cares about them. She’s also been involved in fostering and rescuing dogs for years, which honestly gave me a lot of confidence leaving my dog with her. She’s patient, attentive, and really good at understanding different dog personalities. My dog was comfortable with her right away, and that says a lot. It’s rare to find someone who treats dogs with so much care and love. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and experienced dog sitter.

Zeitplan
I'm working full-time but mostly from home, with a very flexible office environment/timings. I'm home between 9am to 4pm almost every day, after which I usually step out for 1-2 hours to do sports. Over the weekend, I'm usually flexible. For dogs that come to stay with me for the day, I usually offer a ~30 to 45 min walk around lunchtime or later.

I live in a 2nd floor apartment with a lift. I also have a pet-proofed balcony where dogs can sit and look outside whenever they feel bored. I live with one other flatmate who is also an experienced dogsitter.
