I've grown up with both cats and dogs and have always been surrounded by animals. Over the years, I've regularly looked after the pets of friends and family, giving me experience with a variety of personalities and care needs. A few years ago, I volunteered at a dog shelter in Cape Town, which strengthened my passion for working with dogs. Since then, I've cared for dogs of all sizes, energy levels, and temperaments in my local community. I also have experience caring for senior dogs and administering medication when needed. Most of all, I have a big heart and a genuine love for animals. I'm honest, reliable, and attentive, so you can have complete peace of mind knowing your pets will be treated as if they were my own. I'll make sure they receive plenty of love, care, and attention, and I'll enjoy every moment spent with them.

Safety, trust & environment
Safety and security are my number one priority. I will always discuss your dog's recall, temperament, and how they interact with other dogs and people, and I will carefully follow any advice or requests you provide. Your dog will only be let off lead with your permission and only in safe, secure areas. I aim to keep to your dog's usual routine so they feel comfortable and settled while you're away. If they enjoy the company of other dogs, I can provide group walks. If they prefer one-to-one walks, I will happily accommodate that too.

Antonia has been looking after my Border Collie [Zoya] for overnights and day care. Antonia is reliable and trustworthy. She takes Zoya for regular walks. Antonia has access to a car so the walks are varied. Zoya adores her and they both enjoy cuddles. I have no worries when they are together.
Antonia is just great with my rescue dog Lucca, who’s a bit on the nervous side. She’s sensitive to his needs & and her calm yet firm approach always works well with him & he adores her. For me it’s very reassuring to know that when he’s with her, he’ll be happy & enjoying his walk and all will be good when I return. Antonia is also very reliable and on time with our agreed arrangements. We’re lucky to have her.

Antonia has looked after both of our dogs for the past 2 years. She has done a mixture of regular dog walking and home stays in our house when we have gone away for a few weeks. She is super reliable, great with the dogs and we have always felt extremely comfortable leaving Antonia the keys to our house when we have been away.
Antonia has looked after our cavapoochon for a couple of years and I would 100% recommend her to any dog owner. She's incredibly kind and you can see she really loves dogs. I always know that Biscuit will be well cared. Biscuit is generally very anxious but Antonia is so calm he is able to cope with his separation anxiety when he's with her. She always provides Biscuit with loads of love and attention. She also takes him on really long and interesting walks and manages to tire him out even though he has a lot of energy. Anyone lucky enough to have Antonia as a dog carer is really lucky - your dog is in really safe hands.
I often feel anxious leaving my cats because they're the loves of my life! It's so good to have found a pet sitter that understands, and that puts my mind at complete ease. My cats adore Antonia, and I always think animals are great judges of character. She clearly spends a lot of time and attention on them, and stays in touch with photos of them cuddling, playing and clearly having a fabulous time. Frankly this is unfair, as I clearly miss them far more than they miss me! When we get home, the cats both look healthy and their demeanour is relaxed. Antonia's also very clean and respectful of my property. I came back to the flat in a better state than I left it in, I think!

Schedule
I always adjust my schedule to meet your pet's individual needs. As pet sitting is my full-time focus, I'll be with your pets for the majority of the day, ensuring they receive plenty of attention, love, and companionship. Your dog will enjoy regular walks suited to their personality and energy level, whether that's exploring the countryside, playing fetch at a local park, or socialising with other friendly dogs. Every walk is designed to keep them happy, active, and engaged while maintaining their usual routine.
