A real home away from home for your friend
I’ve both grown up with, and looked after a wide range of breeds over the years, as has my other half, Jordan. I approach every dog as an individual, and always aim to meet them with empathy, patience, and understanding. I’m constantly learning and improving—whether it’s through reading, training videos, or simply paying attention to what each dog is telling me. Their comfort and wellbeing always come first.

Antonia was brilliant with Loki, she looked after her for the first time during our house move, when I dropped Loki off she was very unsettled, Antonia very quickly calmed her down - when I picked Loki up the next day it was plain to see they are now firm friends! Will definitely use Antonia again and would throughly recommend!
Essie had a lovely time with Antonia, everything went seamlessly. Fabulous
We met Antonia for a meet and greet with our very anxious cockapoo, Bodie. Antonia was lovely with him and agreed to have him for a short stay despite his anxious whining during the meet and greet! We had contingency plans in case he wouldn’t settle during his stay but knew Antonia would do her best to keep him happy and calm. When we dropped Bodie off it did take him a few hours to settle as we suspected it would, but Antonia sent a reassuring picture and update once he had settled which I really appreciated. We definitely need to take things slowly with Bodie and won’t be leaving him for long periods at a time but I wouldn’t hesitate in leaving him with Antonia again and totally recommend her.

Just a short stay this time but our second time using Antonia. Excellent service and our dog loves to stay there.
Antonia was great with our cockapoo Hendrix, we met for a brief meet & greet before our UK city break. Hendrix is a sensitive soul who dislikes change to his routine but Antonia & her home is very calming & he came home happy & relaxed. Have no hesitation in recommending her, I was updated daily whilst we were away which allowed us to relax knowing he was in safe hands, thank you again Antonia, apologies he came home with a stolen sock 😆

Schedule
Both my partner and I work from home full time, which means your dog won’t be left alone during the day and will have company, comfort, and supervision throughout. I can be flexible with walks, feeding times, and attention depending on what your dog is used to. I’ve got access to a park behind my house, quiet walking routes nearby, and we’re not far from the beach—perfect for dogs who enjoy a bit of variety (or a bracing breeze). Whether your dog thrives on long walks or prefers a gentle potter, I’m happy to go at their pace.

Safety, trust & environment
Your dog’s safety and comfort are absolutely central to how I care for them. My home is calm, secure, and set up to help dogs feel relaxed and settled. I’ll always follow your usual rules and routines as closely as possible to reduce stress and help them feel at home. I’m also happy to administer medication (just not injections).
A typical day
Days here are steady, relaxed, and built around your dog’s rhythm. We’ll usually start the day with a morning walk, followed by some downtime—snuggles, naps or pottering about, depending on their vibe. I make sure there’s a balance of enrichment, rest, and attention throughout the day. There’s always time for extra belly rubs, treats (as allowed!), and just having a familiar, calm presence around. I aim to keep things consistent and low-stress, so your dog feels settled and content while you’re away.
