Treating Every Dog Like My Own
Hello, and thank you for considering me to care for your pet. Whether that means you need someone to give your dog a chance to stretch their legs with a mid-day walk, or if you're going out of town and need someone to check in on your pets a couple of times a day, I can handle and accommodate whatever you need to make sure your pet is properly cared for. I've grown up around dogs my entire life and currently have a dog of my own: Simon, a 4.5-year-old Pit Bull mix. Have you had your dog go through a training class and need someone to help build consistency with leash walking and command words? I'll follow whatever guidelines your trainer has laid out to better ensure that there's no confusion for your dog. I'm also familiar with Herm Sprenger Prong Collars and Educator E-Collars should you utilize these tools.

Do you need a chance for your dog to stretch its legs during the workday? Then the 30-minute dog walk is the right service for you. Your dog and I will walk around the area they know best; their own neighborhood. I will keep your dog out on a walk for at least 25 minutes. The timer starts when we walk out the door and the last five minutes are used to help them get settled before I leave. In the event of inclement weather, the walk will be shortened to about 10-15 minutes with the remaining time used at the house with some playtime and belly rubs. Are you going out of town and need someone to check in on your pets at least two times a day? Then the Drop-In Visit is the service for you. With this service, I will take your dog out to use the bathroom, feed them, provide some playtime and the always important belly rubs. If requested, I will take your dog on a short (10-15 minute) walk as well. For cats, I will feed them and clean out their litter boxes. Additionally, I will provide some house watching duties as well like bringing in any mail or packages that are there when I arrive.

Communicative and flexible!
I can’t say enough good things about my amazing dog walker! Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, Lady eagerly awaits Anthony's arrival, tail wagging with excitement. Anthony always knows just how to make their walks fun, exploring new routes and letting Lady sniff all the interesting smells. Anthony's energy is contagious, and I appreciate how he takes the time to play with Lady, ensuring she gets the exercise she needs. Anthony is attentive and caring. It’s like Lady has a new friend who understands all her quirks! Lady always comes back home happy and ready for a nap. Lady’s tail up for a solid five stars!
Anthony takes excellent care of Lady which gives me peace of mind while I'm working.

Zeitplan
My current availability is Monday through Friday after 3 PM, with weekends on a case-by-case basis. I require requests to be made at least a week ahead of time. Any short-notice requests will be decided on a case-by-case basis. Below are some policies that I follow that you should be made aware of. Please feel free to reach out with any questions that you may have. 1. To take advantage of the Rover Guarantee, please make sure each pet that would be under my care has its own pet profile and is included in the booking requests. Any request that attempts to circumvent this will be given the chance to correct it, but failure to do so will result in rejection of the request. 2. Meet and Greets are required for new clients before I approve any booking request and, if possible, should be done at least five days before the start of the request. 3. My service area is a distance of 5 miles from my house. Please use the Cole Mill Rd/Hillsborough Rd intersection as a point of reference. 4. I raise my rates yearly. For my loyal clients, if you book with me three or more times in a calendar year, I will lock you in at my current rates before I raise them. 5. I will do my best to respond to any request as quickly as possible, but my job requires a lot of driving, so I may not be able to respond as quickly as I'd like. I appreciate your patience and promise to reply as soon as I'm able. 6. I allow cancellations up until noon the day before the stay is booked. If you cancel before this time, you'll receive a full refund. Any cancellations after will result in a cancellation fee.
