I work in environmental science and typically 8am -5pm Monday through Friday. I have a hybrid schedule that allows me flexibility to work from home or wherever and I have every other Friday off. I am typically free on weekends unless I have a scheduled vacation, which will be on my schedule.

It’s important for me to know your pet’s daily routine, energy level, and any medical needs or medications they take. I’d also love to know about their personality, what they love, what makes them anxious, how they do on walks, and how they interact with other animals or people. Knowing any quirks, triggers, or training cues helps me give them the best care possible and keep them feeling safe and comfortable while you're away.
A typical day
I love making sure pets stay happy and engaged while their humans are away! Depending on your dog’s personality and energy level, we might go on walks, play fetch, enjoy some backyard sniff time, or just relax with some belly rubs and cuddles. I also enjoy working on basic commands or enrichment games to keep their minds active. My goal is to keep tails wagging and routines feeling familiar and fun!

Hi there! I'm a lifelong dog lover with years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all sizes and temperaments. I've owned four dogs, both large and small breeds, and have a deep understanding of their unique needs. One of my dogs had a seizure disorder, so I’m very comfortable administering medications multiple times a day and responding calmly and confidently to medical emergencies like grand mal seizures. I also groom my own long-haired small dog and have experience with breeds that require regular grooming and extra TLC. I volunteered at the ASPCA, where I completed their dog socialization training. This taught me a lot about canine behavior, safety, and how to build trust with dogs of all backgrounds. I walked and socialized dogs at the center, and it was one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done. Over the years, I’ve provided house and pet sitting for family and friends, always making sure to adapt to each pet’s routine and personality. I genuinely enjoy getting to know every dog I meet and aim to make them feel comfortable, safe, and loved in my care. Outside of pet care, I work as an environmental scientist and am passionate about protecting wildlife and our natural world. I work a typical Monday–Friday, 8–5 schedule, but have some flexibility and often work from home. I’m happy to accommodate your dog’s specific needs and would love the chance to care for your furry family member!

Anthony was great! He stayed in our home with our 2 dogs and was very responsive. One dog is higher energy and has a few special needs and It was no problem. Our dogs were happy to stay home with him and we would definitely have him back!
Anthony has been fantastic and has shown a lot of patience with our nervous dog. We look forward to having him watch Cooper in the future.
I highly recommend Anthony! He was very responsive while taking care of my dog and sends lots of pictures. I have a high energy German shepherd that requires allot of exercise and I felt at ease knowing that Anthony was providing everything my dog needs while I am away! Anthony has stayed overnight in my house a few times now and he is trustworthy and respectful.
