I also like to know how they usually behave on walks, how they interact with new people or animals, and what comforts them when they’re anxious. The more I know about their habits and preferences, the more I can make them feel safe and happy while you’re away.
A typical day
With the pets I watch, I love keeping them active and engaged. We’ll go on walks, play fetch, and explore nearby parks or trails if they enjoy the outdoors. For pets that prefer staying inside, I’ll spend time playing with their favorite toys, practicing basic tricks, or giving them plenty of cuddles and attention. I always match the activity level to the pet’s personality whether that means high energy playtime or calm companionship. My goal is to make sure they feel happy, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away.
