I work part-time remotely from home, so your dog gets plenty of attention and very little alone time. My day often includes two long walks to Prospect Park, so your pup will get consistent exercise, fresh air, and structure. I’m flexible and can adapt to your dog’s routine, whether that’s active park outings, neighborhood walks, or more relaxed days at home. I aim to keep their schedule as consistent and comfortable as possible.

Safety, trust & environment

Your dog will be treated like part of the household here: pets are truly first-class citizens! They’re welcome on the couch, the bed, and wherever they feel most comfortable. I work from home part-time, so your dog gets a lot of supervision and very little alone time. I have a fenced backyard for potty breaks, plus long walks to Prospect Park for exercise and enrichment. I typically host one dog at a time so I can provide focused attention and a calm, structured environment. I’m experienced with training and comfortable reinforcing routines around leash walking, feeding, and boundaries. I can also thoughtfully manage common behaviors like mild resource guarding, separation anxiety, or high-energy dogs who benefit from clear structure. I do have a cat who mostly keeps to himself and stays separate from dogs, and I’m mindful about introductions and space depending on your dog’s comfort level. I’m best with dogs who do well in a home environment and can settle with structure and routine. I prefer to do a quick meet & greet beforehand to make sure it’s a great fit for everyone! I also have a crate available if your dog uses one, and I’m happy to follow your exact feeding, medication, and routine instructions. I send regular updates and photos so you feel connected while you’re away.

Pet care experience

I’m a lifelong pet lover who’s especially good with sensitive, high energy, or quirky pups. I have hands-on experience with leash training, impulse control, and helping dogs feel comfortable when their routines change. I’m patient, observant, and adapt to each dog’s personality, whether that’s a long walk with structure, playtime, or just calm companionship. I’m comfortable with older dogs and understand how to adjust care for mobility or anxiety needs. I treat every dog like my own and aim to make them feel safe, understood, and genuinely happy while you’re away!
