What sets me apart is my hands-on experience and genuine love for dogs. I have had a dog in my home ever since I was born, so caring for animals has always been a big part of my life. I’ve also been pet sitting for neighbors and family friends for about five years, and they trust me because I am reliable, patient, and treat their pets like they are my own. I’ve volunteered at Furkids and LifeLine, where I’ve been around dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and temperaments. This experience has made me comfortable with shy dogs, anxious dogs, high-energy dogs, and dogs who are still working on leash training. At home, I have two pitbull mixes with completely different personalities. One is very high-energy and needs a lot of attention, while the other is a senior who is much calmer and lower-energy. Because of this, I understand that every dog needs a different kind of care, and I always do my best to make each pet feel safe, loved, and comfortable.

Schedule
Over the summer, I’ll be staying at home and taking online classes, and I don’t currently have another job. This gives me a very flexible schedule and plenty of time to focus on pet care throughout the day. At home, I’m used to a consistent routine with my own dogs, including feeding them in the morning, taking them on walks, and letting them out about every three hours. Because of this, I’m very comfortable maintaining a structured schedule and making sure dogs get the attention, exercise, and care they need throughout the day.

I care for every pet like they are my own and always try to make them feel safe, loved, and comfortable. I’m happy to give them lots of attention, whether that means playing, snuggling, or keeping them company. At my home, I have a fenced-in yard with a pool, plus two friendly dogs who love other dogs and always want to play. I also live near many walking paths and dog parks. I’m very good with strict schedules for feeding, walks, and potty breaks, and I will always follow each pet’s routine carefully.
