I was raised with all different kinds of pets at home, from dogs and cats to reptiles and birds. I started petsitting for my neighbors around 10 years old, so I have experience with a large variety of breeds and ages. I recently fostered two young kittens until they were old enough to be adopted and currently help train a 2-year-old therapy dog and an African grey parrot. I also have experience with vet work along with caring for livestock and zoo animals as I desire to work in the animal husbandry field!

Ansley is an animal LOVER! As someone who has been with her while she’s taking care of animals, she always puts her best effort forth to ensure the animals are happy, healthy, and satisfied. Whether caring for dogs and cats, reptiles, birds, and even big cats and exotic animals at Zoo Miami where she interned, her love for the animals in her care is evident in the way she treats them. She pays great attention to detail and always gets the job done well, ensuring that any animal under her care gets all they need. She is a GREAT option for a pet sitter no matter the animal or their needs.
I had Ansley watch my cat, Sterling, whenever I was out of town. It was always such a relief to know he was in good hands! She cared for him so well and would always give me updates and send pictures. He can be a skittish cat but the was very quick to like her so I know he has a great time while she watches him. I would highly recommend Ansley because she is very loving towards all animals!

A typical day
I love to provide enrichment for the animals I care for to stimulate them mentally and physically! I will cater to the needs of the dogs I watch, whether that is providing more exercise or time playing with different toys. I will aim towards switching things up, like by playing new games or walking to new areas, so the dogs will not get bored!
