Availability

As a recent new grad at UC Berkeley working near campus, my life is very centered around a consistent and predictable routine. This allows me to provide a steady, reliable presence in your home. If I ever need to be away for more than a couple hours, my sister or partner are often available to step in so your furbaby almost always has company and attention! This team-based approach ensures that your pet’s schedule remains uninterrupted. Every booking helps support our college education, and we are so grateful for the families who trust us with their beloved pets.

Safety, trust & environment

While I primarily focus on house-sitting so your pet stays in the comfort of their own home, I now also open my space to select boarding guests. My apartment near campus is cozy but thoughtfully set up — and because my own dog Xiaobai is part of the household, I'm able to welcome small to small-medium dogs (under 40 lbs) who are crate trained, easy-going around other dogs, and on the quieter side out of respect for my neighbors. Cats are also welcome as long as they're not prone to furniture scratching or marking. I'm selective about boarding fits not to be exclusive, but because I genuinely want every stay to be low-stress for your pet, my dog, and the home environment. Regardless of whether I'm coming to you or hosting you, my priority is always routine replication — I work closely with you to learn exactly how you interact with your pet so I can keep their atmosphere consistent and stress-free while you're away. Whether it's following specific crate training protocols or maintaining the basic commands you use on walks, I aim to be a seamless extension of your own care. Every home is treated with the utmost respect and every pet's well-being is my absolute priority.

Information Anny H. would like to know about your pet

We’ll cover the fine details during our first meet-and-greet, but it’s very helpful to know ahead of time if your pet has any special needs, allergies, or specific behaviors I should account for—such as separation anxiety, leash reactivity, or stressors. If your furbaby requires a significant amount of extra time or specialized labor (such as intensive grooming, medical needs, or pets who aren't yet potty trained), I may include an additional fee to ensure I can give them the high level of dedicated care they deserve. Lastly, for the safety of everyone involved, I am unable to accept pets with a history of aggression toward humans or resource guarding. Thank you so much for understanding and for helping me provide the safest environment possible!

A typical day

A typical day is entirely dictated by your pet’s unique personality and energy levels! I love getting to know each pet's individual quirks—it’s honestly the best part of the job. For some, a perfect day is a "serene staycation" filled with cuddles and quiet companionship at home. For others, it might mean high-energy adventures, neighborhood walks, or even fun road trips to explore new hikes! I am very flexible and love tailoring our activities to whatever makes your pet the happiest. My goal is for them to feel like they’re on a fun "vacation" of their own while you’re traveling.

Pet care experience

Hi, I’m Anny! Welcome to my page—I’m so glad you’re here! 🤗 I’ve had animals my whole life and truly believe they are family. As a Rover sitter for many years now and a lifelong pet lover, I really enjoy getting to know furbabies of all sizes and temperaments! ❤️ I focus on being a kind and consistent presence for your pet, making sure to reinforce your specific training style so they can stay in their familiar patterns while you’re away. Being a devoted owner of a large white German Shepherd, two senior cats, and a tripod kitten, I’m very comfortable with the "extremes" of pet care—from the energy needed for big breeds to the gentle, patient and specialized attention required for sweet, serene seniors. Currently a new grad at Cal, I treat my house-sits with a lot of dedication and care. ☺︎ A big bonus of booking with me is that I live with my sister and partner (also Cal students/alums and huge animal lovers!), so there is often an extra set of hands for play and an extra pair of eyes to ensure your furbaby almost always has company. We work together to keep our availability super reliable for recurring or last-minute needs—it’s actually been so fun watching several of our regulars grow up with us over the last 4+ years! Your pet's safety and your home's security are my absolute priorities. I love finding out about each pet's unique personality and even the "mischief" they like to get into so I can support them best. I also have an SUV with a dog seat extender, so I’m all set for safe trips to the park or vet visits if needed. I love taking photos of all the babies I care for, so you can expect your updates to be filled with the sweet, silly moments that happen while you're away. My goal is to make your furbaby feel completely secure and your time away totally worry-free! I can't wait to meet your little one.

Anny and her team did such a good job with my cat saroo! They updated me frequently, sent photos, and spent a lot of time with her. As an anxious cat owner when traveling, they definitely did a great job!!

Anny was a fabulous dog/house sitter. Our two little dogs were so happy and relaxed after spending the weekend with her. She left our house in beautiful condition and even washed the towels she used. I highly recommend her!

Anny was an amazing and communicative sitter for our XL and small dog as well as our cat. We booked for an overnight and regularly received photo updates. We found our home in excellent condition on our return. I am going to book in the future and would recommend her to friends
