For house sitting, Roxie (my dog) can come with me or stay behind, but she’s great with dogs off all sizes and I’m very careful when bringing her into another dog’s space. At times if I can’t find a place to her to go to- I’ve had to decline a request. We would have to have a couple of walking dates so the dogs could meet up and we can be sure it’s safe for all!

I love playing with dogs and figuring out what the favorite toy or game is. Cats are fun for me because they’re so different than what I’m used to. I always want to know if dogs have a memorized route or protocol and would love to explore new neighborhoods, parks, etc.

I’m a dog person! I love meeting new dogs and spending time with them. I’ve taken care of dogs off and on for 20 years (not including my own). I currently have a rat terrier mix - Roxie - who LOVES dog friends and is very playful. I’m a big walker and have experience with dogs on trails as well as in neighborhoods. I’d take care of your dog like my own. Most of my experience is for extended stay house-sitting for families with multiple dogs. I’m not able to have cats in my apartment, but love meeting cats in their own space and would be sure they were well loved and taken care of in your absence.

Annmarie was the best! She came to our house twice beforehand to meet the dogs and asked me a bunch of questions about their routine and habits. She sent pictures daily to us and lot of pictures of them. I didn’t have to worry about them at all. I would use her again in a heartbeat!
We love AnnMarie! She’s a great communicator and the dogs love her too!
