**For those who are booking in September, please understand I will have classes during the day but still able to petsit overnight** Currently on a semester break before continuing my program in September. Looking to help out pet owners while I’m down for college. I currently have lots of availability and will be able to spend lots of time with your pets!

I am happy to assist in taking your dogs out for walks and bathroom breaks. I can also feed them and play with them outside if there is a space available for that. If there is a routine or schedule they have, then I can easily follow it and adapt if needed.

It is important for me to know if they have any medications or special needs to take care of, as well as any behavioural issues. Keeping your dogs healthy and safe are my number one priority so the more information I know about them, the better!
A typical day
There are a few different parks close by that I can take your dog. I have also found that playing with bubbles in the backyard is an easy way to tire out a pup, instead of just playing fetch. It gets them running around, trying to pop them all. I also like to use enrichment toys if provided to help tire them out.

Pet care experience
I have been taking care of my dogs since we got them 5 years ago. The youngest (5) is an American Chocolate Lab and the other (13) is a Lab-Rottweiler mix. I am able to handle medical conditions such as diabetes with giving the shots as my Rottweiler also has diabetes. These past years I have met and worked with many different breeds and medical conditions, taking them for walks. Being on Rover for a few years, I’ve started learning different pet first aid tricks as well!

Our dog Bella is not the easiest dog to deal with. She is hyper and reactive and we always worry when we leave her with a sitter. Annika is great with Bella. She manages keep Bella entertained and tires her out. I highly recommend her!
Annika was wonderful! She took such good care of our two dogs over night. She gave us plenty of updates and pictures which helped put our minds at ease. Our dogs loved her and we will definitely book again!
I trust Annika with my fur babies! Annika is easy to communicate with and always shows up on time respecting our schedules. She immediately connected to all three of my pups which left me confident in their care. Looking forward to a long relationship.
