I’ve been around animals my entire life and genuinely enjoy spending time with them. I joined Rover because I love caring for pets and wanted an opportunity to help other pet owners while spending time with animals. I previously worked as a veterinary assistant, where I gained experience handling dogs and cats with a wide variety of personalities, ages, and needs. I’m comfortable administering oral medications, liquids, eye medications, ear medications, topical treatments, and other prescribed medications as directed. I’m also attentive to changes in behavior and health and understand the importance of maintaining routines to help pets feel comfortable and secure. While I’m newer to professional pet sitting, I’m reliable, communicative, and committed to treating every pet as if they were my own. My goal is to provide loving, dependable care and give owners peace of mind while they’re away.

Before working as a veterinary assistant, I worked as an in-home caregiver, which gave me experience working in clients’ homes and taught me the importance of professionalism, respect, reliability, and clear communication. I always treat my clients’ homes with the same care and respect that I would want someone to show my own. I will carefully follow your pet’s routine, feeding instructions, and medication schedule, and I’m comfortable administering oral medications, liquids, eye medications, ear medications, and topical treatments as directed. My veterinary assistant experience also taught me how to safely handle pets, recognize signs of illness or discomfort, and stay calm in unexpected situations.

I’m currently preparing for an upcoming move, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to dedicate to your pet’s care. This allows me to provide attentive visits, consistent routines, and lots of companionship throughout the day.
