Dog-friendly home with a lovely big garden
I’ve always had pets in my life and am tuned into their personalities and needs. I work flexibly and often from home so would be happy to have another companion alongside my lively Boston terrier Roxanne. My husband John works shifts and loves dogs as well so is often available to provide doggy day care if I’m not home.

Annika was absolutely fantastic looking after Spud at short notice. She stepped in when we really needed help, and from the moment she arrived, Spud loves it there, probably more so than his actual home!!
Annika went above and beyond to look after Spud during our wedding day and even brought him to our venue for a couple of hours to let him play an important part as ring bearer and have some photos before she took him home again after all the excitement. We wouldn’t have had anyone else look after him during this special day and couldn’t be more grateful. Annika truly is a 5* sitter..!

Schedule
I currently work away from home two days a week, and the rest of the time my Boston Terrier is by my side. She is pampered and gets plenty of walks, treats, playtime and toilet breaks so any additional companion would receive the same.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a large grassy garden which is securely fenced. There are an abundance of dog beds and toys around the house (although they’d be sharing with Roxanne), and allow dogs on the sofa if they like a snuggle.
Pets
A typical day
Roxanne and I usually get out for a 30-45min walk first thing in the morning but sometimes this could be later in the day. The back door is regularly opened for garden inspections and toilet breaks throughout the day. The rest of the time Roxanne is happily snoozing while I work, with the occasional play/chew break.
