Annika took good care of Stanley and our home. I wouldn't hesitate to book with Annika again!

Annika continues to be fantastic with our skittish dog. She is also amazingly flexible when it comes to last minute trips!

Annika stayed at my home with my pup while I was out of town. She sent photos and was responsive throughout the experience. And I came back to a clean and tidy home!

Annika was amazing with our nervous dog. She was so intuitive and calm that we had no concerns leaving our pup in her capable hands.

As a Rover sitter I've struggled with how to review our experience. We had a nice meet and greet and we both chatted on expectations and other responsibilities. Annika was up front about her job and that she'd be away for her shift from 10am to 4pm. Our stay was overshadowed by a Central Oregon winter storm and we delayed our trip to ensure she was comfortable traveling. She reassured us she was and arrived aa expected. We were incredibly relieved. Unfortunately that is where our relief ended. Annika pottied the dogs and departed for work and did not show up again for over 11 hours. (Gone from 830 am till 730pm) She then only pottied our dogs one time. Once. They were not let out again for the whole night. We were upfront at the meet n greet we had outdoor cameras so there is no dispute on this. The next morning the dogs were let out at 630am and off she went. At this point we engaged our neighbors to help let our dogs out as they are not used to being alone for so long. The next night I had to message Annika to clarify the dogs need to be let more, they were let out twice that night. I booked our stay thru 11am the following morning because we wanted to ensure the pups were let out mid morning to allow us drive time home. They were let out at 630am and out she went again at 7am. We spent our trip worried and frustrated. We did not receive a single picture update as requested in our booking or any update really other than when we messaged her. This was definitely not what we expected and would not book again.
