👋Hi I’m Annie! I have grown up with dogs and currently have a 3.5 year old black lab named Tank. 🐕🦺 Tank is a good boy and plays extremely well with other dogs but also is happy sleeping or chewing a bone on his own. This comes as no surprise as he is actually a failed guide dog - failed after getting startled by loud noises! In my wider family, we have a range of dog sizes, personalities, rescues, and breeder dogs…meaning I have a lot of experience with lots of different doggie backgrounds. I am confident in my ability to quickly learn how your dog(s) interact with other dogs, animals, and humans. All dogs have different needs. I will accommodate your personal and pup’s lifestyle preferences, whether that is more active or a more relaxed day. I also strive to keep up with any ongoing training so your pup doesn’t fall behind while you are away 🏠 I work from home full time, so this allows me the flexibility to build my schedule around the attention and enrichment your dog may need. What a typical daycare looks like: - Sniff and playtime with Tank 🤝🐽 - Weather dependent - at least 1 walk, which your dog is welcome to join or not 🐾☀️🚶🏻♀️ - A choice of ropes, kongs, squeaky, plush, and ball toys to play with 🎾🪢🧸 - A variety of treats (as allowed) including probiotics, dental chews, nubz, milk bone, and frozen peanut butter treats / kongs 🦴🥜 - For relaxed pups, they are welcome to chill out on the furniture or dog beds around the house or next to me while I work 💤🛋️ - Weekend daycare will include a trip to the dog park weather & owner permitting Please read further below about schedule and other info!

Annie was wonderful! This was our first time using Rover, and she made it such a great experience. She was very communicative throughout the day, sent lots of pictures and updates, and it was clear that Roger was in great hands. Roger had so much fun with Annie and her dog, Tank—they got along so well! It gave us so much peace of mind knowing he was being so well cared for. We couldn’t have asked for a better first experience and will definitely be booking with Annie again. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable sitter!

Annie was wonderful with our 5 month old puppy! Mochi can be a handful, but she did a great job making sure he had the best time and gave lots of updates. Her pup was a great playmate for Mochi ☺️ We’ll definitely be booking her again!

Schedule
I am in a permanent work from home role with flexible hours. I will do my best to fit around you / your pet’s schedule but of course if something clashes, this will be outlined prior to booking :)

Safety, trust & environment
Currently, I typically cafe for your pets in my own home. I strive to make your pets feel most normal while you are away and follow any rules you have set. If your dog is allowed on the couch, fine by me. If not, that is great as well. I will work closely with you to ensure I understand what is best for the dog and how to provide care that is as seamless as possible. I will provide detailed notes (or texts if preferred) of my time spent with your furry loved one and of course pictures galore (if requested).

A typical day
I will customize my visits, walks, and stays with your dog(s) to their lifestyle preferences and needs! Active dog? We can go on longer walks, play fetch, or try to learn new tricks! Older or chilled out dog? We can hang out at home or outside, go on a light walk, and enjoy some extra belly rubs. I am very conscious of our surroundings and the weather to provide your pet the healthiest day.
