Dog Lover Seeking New Friends
I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life and have experience with everything from small Jack Russells to larger breeds like German Shepherds. I’m trained in canine first aid, and I’m confident supporting dogs with different needs, whether that’s energetic puppies or more senior companions. I don’t currently have the time to commit to a full‑time pet of my own, so pet sitting gives me the perfect way to enjoy their company and give them the care and attention they deserve.

Annie & Mitch clearly love all animals. Snoopy was so looked after. He needed daily medication and kept an eye on with the hot weather. They did it all! Such a lovely couple and already rebooked!
Annie & Mitch were amazing sitters. They looked after out our husky for a night in the heatwave and were kind and thoughtful planning earlier and later walks and lots of frozen treat enrichment. We had lovely pup dates and photos. We’d highly recommend them thank you 🐺💖
Annie and Mitch took exceptional care of both my dachshund and my home while I was away. They kept me regularly updated with lovely photos and little notes about what he’d been up to, which gave me peace of mind throughout my trip. They stuck to his usual routine of two walks a day, made sure he had plenty of playtime and attention, and clearly treated him as if he were their own! He had some lovely outings to different places and explored some local coffee shops. I returned to find my house in exactly the same condition I left it, spotless and well looked after. They even watered the plants in the garden, which was such a thoughtful extra touch, and to top it off, they’d picked up fresh milk for my return, which I really appreciated after a long journey. I couldn’t be happier with the care they provided. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, considerate, and genuinely caring sitters.

Schedule
Annie works full time but is at home all day (with the exception of the occasional meeting) on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. We are both available every morning and evening for a pop-in.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a good sized fenced garden and ensure they’re never left unsupervised outside. Whilst your dog is in our company we have a Tractive tracker for peace of mind. We also have cameras in the house to keep an eye on your friend if we need to pop out (max 2 hours). Our house is situated along the Thames Path and there are a multitude of country walks on our doorstep, quite often we never see another person. There is also a secure dog field just a few minutes down the road, so if you’d prefer your friend was exercised there this can be arranged for an additional charge.
A typical day
We know how important it is for your companion to have stimulation and we will listen to you about what your pet enjoys most. All walks are doggy lead, so they set the pace, which means they can take as long sniffing and catching up on the daily pup-dates as they want. We’re more than happy to play fetch, chase (after Mitch cause he’s faster), do some scent work or just a gentle walk whatever works for your friend, we’re flexible.

- We always like to meet your companion beforehand whether they’re staying with us, or we’re visiting them to ensure that we’re the right fit. For dogs boarding at our house this will entail an overnight trial stay in advance to check that they settle in our home before committing to a booking. Please ensure you let us know of any particular likes, dislikes, allergies, health / behavioural issues so we can accommodate accordingly.
