Hello! My name is Annie, and I’ve raised dogs my whole life! I wasn’t able to bring my dogs out to San Diego when I came here for work, so I’m using Rover to give/receive some furry love! I began offering my petcare services through Rover in the summer of 2021, and since then have worked with 50+ pet parents, many of whom have become repeat customers in the last couple years. I have cared for pets of all ages, sizes, and backgrounds, including a 4-month-old puppy, a diabetic senior dog who needed a daily insulin injection, a 100lb Komondor mix, and even a household pig! Previously, I had professional experience pet/house sitting and dog walking for my friends and pet families abroad. Since I currently don’t have pets of my own, I love having the opportunity to bond with furry friends through Rover. I have a full-time job, and I mostly do this for fun and supplemental income. My priorities are your pets’ safety and comfort! My aim is to create a stress-free and fun environment for everyone, and to minimize the changes in your babies’ schedules. I understand that they will feel the most unease wondering where their parents are – especially with COVID animals who were adopted during the pandemic - so I strive to fill that empty space. I provide lots of cuddles and together time so that your pets know someone is there to take care of them until you’re back. I will strictly follow all house rules, and I love to send photos and videos throughout the day so you can also follow along in their little vacation during yours!

Annie has become truly such a special part of our lives… Koa greets her like a long-lost beauty every time she sees her. She went above and beyond just a quick pop-in to check on my girl… she spent quality time with her and that’s why we adore her so much.
We are so happy we found Annie to watch our dog. He has special needs so it can be a lot of information to take on and it seemed like a breeze for her. She is a good communicator and sent lots of pics of our pup. I would absolutely recommend her to my family and friends and we are excited for her to continue to watch our pup!
Leaving our energetic pup and needy cat isn’t easy, but Annie made it feel effortless. She was thoughtful, communicative, and treated our home with care. We came back to happy pets and a peaceful house—we feel so lucky to have found her.
Annie was great starting from before I even left. She offered to come over a couple of days early to meet the dogs, and they got along great. She also did a great job taking care of them and I would not hesitate to recommend her or to rebook her to watch my pups again.
Annie did an amazing job watching my 70 lbs doodle Daisy for the weekend. Always letting me know how she was doing, taking pictures of their outings. I highly recommend Annie for your next dog-sitting job. You won't be disappointed.
Annie was fantastic—so easy to work with and amazing with my dogs. She communicated regularly and sent tons of pictures while I was away. I’ll definitely rebook the next time I need a sitter!

Schedule
I work a flexible yet onsite 9a-5p schedule on weekdays, which means that I’ll pop into the office anywhere between 4-6 hours a day, and work the remainder from home. I love the outdoors but am also an introvert, so unless I’m outside taking a walk, I’ll usually be at home watching tv and crafting. For overnight stays, I will gladly let them sleep in the bed with me. I can provide plenty of cuddling time with your babies and give them the love they need so they’re not lonely while you’re away.
