Hi, I am Annie, a lifelong dog lover and proud dog mum to my intelligent and loving Shihpoo, Winnie. I’ve had dogs since I was a little girl, and caring for them has always been a huge part of my life. While I’m new to Rover, I’m not new to looking after dogs. I’ve cared for friends’ dogs and have experience with a special needs dog who had severe anxiety, separation issues, and ongoing medical needs. This taught me the importance of patience, understanding, routine, and creating a calm environment where every dog feels safe and loved. I work from home, which means your pup will have plenty of company, attention, and care throughout the day. I live in a quiet area with a secure fenced garden, and I’m lucky to be close to beautiful fields where we can enjoy peaceful walks and the ultimate “snifari” adventures! Winnie absolutely loves other pups and enjoys making new friends, but I always make sure every dog’s individual personality and comfort level comes first. Whether your dog loves exploring, relaxing, or simply having someone nearby, I’ll make sure they feel at home. I know how important it is to trust someone with a member of your family. My goal is to give every dog the same love, patience, and care I would want for Winnie... helping them feel happy, comfortable, and truly looked after while they’re with me. It is just me looking after your dog.

Annie is an experienced dog owner who knows what your pooch needs! An empathic, clean and tidy person I trust Annie implicitly with my pets. I have a nervous dog and a cat with additional dietary needs that Annie handles extremely well. Great communication and I would absolutely recommend!
Anna is absolutely brilliant with animals. she loves them all - even down to the fact that she has three hedgehog houses in her garden and 'pet' hedgehogs Barry and Ruby whom she has nurtured and fed for the last two years. She has her own dog Winnie who couldn't be better cared for - she is meticulous in looking after her, regular walking, attention to her diet, training and exercise. Anna has regularly looked after our dogs when we have been on holiday and they are really happy to go to her as she is really kind to them without letting them take advantage. All three dogs love her and happily settle down in her care which means that we can go away without worrying about any of their needs and well being. She is a firstclass ' dog person' !!!
Anna is the most caring person! The way she loves animals is truly beautiful. I have always had the best experience with her. I knew my dog was in great hands the moment I saw her with Anna. Thank you, couldn’t recommend highly enough 💕

Schedule
I work from home, so pet care naturally fits into my daily routine. My day revolves around making sure pups feel happy, comfortable, and loved. We start the morning with a lovely walk first thing, giving them time to explore, stretch their legs, and enjoy a good sniffari. After we come home, it’s breakfast time followed by cuddles, relaxation, and plenty of companionship while I work from home. Throughout the day, I’m around for attention, reassurance, and little breaks when needed. In the evening, we enjoy dinner and a gentle stroll to stretch our paws before settling down for cosy bedtime snuggles. I love creating a calm, home-from-home environment where dogs can feel safe, relaxed, and part of the family.

I provide a calm, safe, and loving home-from-home environment for every pup in my care. I live in a lovely quiet area with a secure fenced garden, giving dogs space to relax, play, and enjoy some fresh air safely. We are surrounded by great walking spots, including fields perfect for exploring and enjoying a good sniffari. I always take the time to get to know each dog’s personality, routine, and individual needs so they feel comfortable and settled. Winnie is a friendly, sociable Shihpoo who loves meeting other pups, and we do have some friendly pup pals who may say hello along the way. However, I always prioritise each dog’s comfort and make sure introductions are calm and appropriate. My aim is to make every dog feel like part of the family while they’re with us — safe, happy, and very well cared for.

A typical day with me is all about making sure pups feel happy, relaxed, and loved. We start the morning with a walk in the fresh air, exploring the local fields and enjoying a proper sniffari adventure. Once we’re home, it’s breakfast time followed by cuddles, playtime, and a chance to relax while I work from home. Throughout the day, there will be lots of companionship, attention, and little moments of fun — whether that’s gentle play, enrichment activities, exploring the garden, or simply having a cosy nap nearby. In the evening, we enjoy dinner and another walk to stretch our paws and unwind before settling in for some bedtime snuggles. Every dog is different, so I tailor activities to their personality, energy levels, and comfort. Whether they love adventures, games, cuddles, or just having someone close by, I’ll make sure they feel safe, included, and part of the family.
