Experienced Sitter-Reactive Dogs!
Hi pet parents + fur babies! I have 11+ years of experience working with animals personally and professionally, and almost 7 years of experience with dogs that have behavior or medical challenges. In the past 2 years I have worked closely with many reactive, fearful, shy, rowdy, and stranger-danger dogs. I use positive reinforcement and Fear Free models in any training that I do while with a dog or cat. I have extensive experience with puppies and kittens as well as senior dogs and cats. I have personal experience working with animals with medical issues such as seizures, pain, difficulty walking, and blindness/hearing loss. I feel very comfortable with working with your baby no matter the behavior or medical challenge (and can wrap their medication in however many hot dogs or cheese slices it takes!) If you’ve had trouble lately finding a pet sitter that can handle a rowdy, shy, jumpy, fearful, or medical case pet, I might just be the gal you’re looking for. Send me a message and let’s get to know each other!
Qualifications
Safety, trust & environment
Safety is my top priority. (Although snuggles are a close second!) Jokes aside-throughout drop ins or walks, I can make sure your fur baby is in a safe environment while feeding, walking, or providing enrichment.
Ratings and reviews
Annie is fantastic. Gives breakdowns of visits and photos. My dog is pretty anxious and reactive to other animals and she’s done a fantastic job with him. Also extremely flexible. 10/10 would recommend

Was great with my dog who is a more on the reactive side. Annie is fantastic and my dog loves her!

Schedule
I am flexible and can work out dates, time and length of stay once we meet and see what works best for you and your baby.
- Cats0 to 15 lbs16 to 40 lbs41 to 100 lbsover 101 lbsAnnie can host up to 4 drop-ins per day
- Please let me know any pertinent behaviors or medical concerns before meeting. Most important questions to me are: How would your dog react to me as a stranger? If they are shy or uncomfortable with new people, what tends to work best when meeting them for the first time? Does your dog have any reactivity (barking, pulling, tenseness) while on leash? If so, what are they reactive to? (Other dogs, kids, squirrels, bikes, etc.) Do they have any medications that need to be administered? And lastly, what makes your dog feel the most comfortable while on walks or in the home?
