Treat Lady
Huge animal lover, especially canids. I’m a retired educator, now foster dog mom. Mommy to Mickey, beloved shih tzu for 16 years. Auntie to variety of dogs-GSD’s, greyhounds, labs, terriers. Now that I’m retired I’m able to devote all my free time to animals. I’m known as the Treat Lady in my neighborhood because I make homemade, human grade, healthy dog treats. Beef, chicken, mixtures of sweet potato/yams and cod….recipes are too many to name.

Annette took such wonderful care of our dog, Spooner! She made sure he was comfortable, took him on walks, played with him and gave him lots of love. We definitely appreciated getting updates and pictures from her as we could tell Spooner was really enjoying his dog vacay! Thank you so much, Annette, for taking such great care of Spooner, and giving us the peace of mind that he was in good hands.
Annette was amazing with my small dog Archie! It was evident he adores her and has a great time in her company. Will definitely be reaching out again!
Annette is an angel! She really is. This was our first time leaving our precious Gītā with someone. We haven’t even had her six months and since we adopted her, our lives have been tragically turned upside down. As soon as we met Annette, we felt at ease. So did Gītā. Annette kept us updated with texts and pictures and videos. She is incredibly kind. She was very sweet and patient with me and my overwhelming anxiety of leaving my girl. Annette is wonderful with dogs, as well as being a wonderful human. We can’t think her enough.
Annette took such good care of Fawn! She was so wonderful to work with. She is patient, caring, and understands different types of dogs so well. Fawn loved her stay there and the homemade treats she got. Annette sent us videos and updates throughout Fawn’s stay, and we could tell that Fawn was very well taken care of. Would love to send Fawn back again some day. Thank you!

Schedule
I’m home daily except for gym workouts, hikes and running errands. When hosting a pet, I will be away no longer than 3 hours at a time. I enjoy taking dogs on walks everyday, playing fetch, tug off war, or lap cuddling. Even big dogs can for sure cuddle on my lap.

Fenced in backyard w/ room to run and play fetch. Safe, clean environment. I will play and relax w/ pups regularly, but always supervised when in the yard.
A typical day
We will spend time in my backyard playing fetch, tug of war, or relax in sun. I have doggy pool and water spritz pool for warm weather. Walks around neighborhood and possibly park. Car rides if pup enjoys too.
