note: I primarily board and daycare puppies - check out my puppy rate (lower). Adults are at a higher rate and considere on case by case basis due to my dogs being attacked in the past. Only small/medium submissive adults will be considered. We love puppies! I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life, and they’ve always been part of the family. My home is cozy and dog-friendly, with two large pups of my own and a spacious, fenced backyard they can enjoy through a dog door while I’m home. When I’m away, all dogs stay safely inside. To keep things comfortable, I host no more than four dogs at a time (including my own). If you have more than two dogs from the same household, I may be able to make an exception depending on their size and needs. I know how nerve-wracking it can be to leave your pup with someone new, so I’m happy to send daily updates and pictures to give you peace of mind. Your dog will be treated like family here! Annette is a deeply caring and attentive dog lover with a true passion for animals. She has two huskies of her own and goes above and beyond to meet their needs, from daily care to managing their health and energy. She has experience caring for dogs of all kinds, big and small, and always brings the same level of warmth and attention. On top of that, she’s volunteered at animal shelters, even photographing adoptable pets to help them find homes. She’s responsible, trustworthy, and would treat any dog like her own. I would absolutely recommend her as a dog walker or sitter. Your pet would be in loving hands.
Annette cares deeply for animals and I can see it in the way she treats them. Annette has fostered quite a few dogs and found homes for them, and she puts a lot of work into her own dogs from making all their food from scratch to bringing them to UC Davis behavioral trainings. She invests so much in her animals and extends that love and care to all animals under her care.
I’ve known Annette since college and have always been impressed by her reliability and composure under stress. She’s grown up with German Shepherds and now cares for her two energetic huskies with so much dedication and patience. I’ve seen her handle high-stress situations involving her two dogs with confidence and compassion. Anyone would be lucky to have her watch after their animals!

Dates de la garde
I work from home so I’m home most of the day. I try to limit time away from home to 4 hours a day. If I’m watching a puppy or a dog that cannot be alone for 4 hours, I can accommodate if my schedule is open. For long stays, there are some days i may be out longer than 4 hours if I have an event but I will let you know before booking.

Your pup is welcome to lounge on the furniture and will receive plenty of love, attention, and playtime from me and my two dogs and will have free roam in the house. We have a communal toy bin and a spacious, fenced backyard accessible via a dog door when I’m home. When I leave, the dogs are secured inside the house. Until your pup is ready to free roam unsupervised with my dogs, they’ll have a safe, separate hallway complete with a comfy dog bed, toys, and water, so they can still see and enjoy the company of the others for the times I am not home . If your fur baby prefers a crate while I’m away, I can do that only if they genuinely enjoy their crate and look forward to settling in. If your dog enjoys walks, I’m happy to take them for a drive to a nearby park or a friendly neighborhood walk. I care about a harmonious environment, so I can only host dogs that get along well with others. My home is best suited for pups who love to play and mingle, and I currently host up to two small to medium dogs to keep things cozy. We love puppies.

Every day starts with a warm wake-up, followed by lots of love, attention, and playtime with the dogs before breakfast. While I work from home, they have the freedom to roam the house—even popping into my office for a quick cuddle or pet session. I make sure to take breaks throughout the day to hang out with them, and they enjoy playing with my own dogs and exploring the backyard. After work, we wind down with a fun mix of play, walks, and a bit of training. I may go out for a few hours in the evening to work out, run errands, etc.
