I work from home and have a lot of flexibility in my schedule so I can usually accommodate different times for walks, play, etc. If I’m staying in your home overnight, your animals wouldn’t be alone for more than an hour or two at most and even that I can adapt as needed (for puppies, for example).

Pet care experience
I’ve had and cared for dogs and cats since I was 5. In my group of friends and colleagues, I am known as the quintessential animal lover. There’s nothing I wouldn’t do for my pups and kitties. I have fostered dogs and cats (and I’ve randomly rescued 3 opossums in the last year alone). I’ve taken care of puppies and kittens, medically complicated animals, and incontinent seniors with dementia. I had two senior dogs who passed in the last two years and I’m not ready to have another one just yet but I do miss being around them. Would love to take care of your fur babies 😊

Anneke has the biggest heart for animals out of anyone I know; she took care of my dog and home while k was away for two weeks and she immediately bonded with him. She was great about sending updates and I felt very comfortable being gone for two weeks knowing my dog was in good hands!!
Anneke is one of those rare people who genuinely treats every animal as if it were her own. I would trust her with my pets without hesitation; she’s attentive, patient, reliable, and incredibly caring. In fact, she’ll probably take better care of your pets than most babysitters take care of children. Pet parents can count on Anneke to provide not only safe and loving care, but also thoughtful communication and real peace of mind. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
