I work part-time from home with a very flexible schedule, so I have plenty of opportunities throughout the day to visit and to spend quality time with your pup. I’m able to take them outside, play with them, give them cuddles, and make sure they feel cared for and comfortable while you’re away.

When you bring your dog to my home, they’ll have a safe, fenced yard with plenty of grass, trees, and little places to sniff, wander, and explore. I always keep a close eye on the dogs in my care, so your furbaby will never be left outside unsupervised. I also understand that every dog has their own personality and comfort level, so if your pup needs quiet time, a break, or a little time to adjust, I can give them their own separate, comfortable space away from my dog.

Ideally, the dog I walk should be well socialized and have some basic leash experience. However, I am also patient and happy to work with dogs who are still learning and need a little extra guidance. I always encourage a meet and greet beforehand, because I believe it is important that the chemistry feels right between the dog and me, as well as between the owners and me. Trust is such an important part of caring for someone’s pet, and I know I would want the same reassurance for anyone looking after my own dog. A meet and greet gives everyone the chance to feel comfortable, ask questions, and make sure it is a good fit before moving forward.

Your dog will always be supervised when outside and will have a safe backyard to explore, sniff around, and play. I love spending time outdoors with my own dog, whether that means running around, playing, or going for a nice walk, but I enjoy cozy sofa snuggles just as much. Your dog will be cared for with the same love, patience, and attention as my own. Right from our house, there are plenty of beautiful trails and nature paths where we can enjoy short or long walks, depending on your dog’s energy level and needs. I’m also happy to visit your dog or dogs in the comfort of their own home while you’re at work, away for the day, or simply taking care of life’s many errands. During home visits, I can provide playtime, feeding, potty breaks, walks, cuddles, attention, and whatever else your pup may need. Whether they are ready for a little adventure, some extra love, or just a friendly face to break up their day, I’ll make sure they feel cared for, comfortable, and loved. And since I am a professional photographer, I love capturing fun, sweet moments along the way, so you can receive beautiful little updates and photos of your pup while they are in my care.

Hi, I'm Annegret and I just moved back to Germany after living in beautiful Colorado for the last 10 years. I have been a sitter with Rover since 2016 and cannot wait to get back to my favorite Job ever! I have a little Shihtzu Poodle myself. He is a small 10 lbs and pretty spoiled guy, who we love to pieces. I am having my profile and introduction up in English, but am fluent in German as well (it's my first language) I would take care of your furry friend either in my home or yours and also do walks as needed. I will only be able to care for one dog at a time at my house, but would also love to care for more than one dog, if I come to yours. I can help you with brushing or bathing, if that's something you would need done once in a while or will gladly bring your dog to the groomer. Be assured that I will always treat your 4 legged friend like my own and provide loving care, playtime and lots of snuggles and belly rubs. I know how hard it is to give your pet in the care of someone else, or even a stranger, that's why one of my main goals is, to give you a peace of mind, that your dog or cat is well cared for. I will send many updates and pictures and always inform you about what we are doing and of course how well we are getting along! I have lots of experience in dog and also cat sitting and am able to present references. Oral Administration of Medicine is also something I am very comfortable with, as well as insulin injections. I took care of many senior or special needs dogs and I always felt like it's a special privilege, when pet parents entrusted me with them.

Annegret was absolutely fantastic! She understood cats' temperaments really well and knew exactly how to handle mine (they are very shy cats and take a while to warm to people). She was patient, gave me plenty of updates and went above and beyond to make sure they were ok and I was extremely reassured as a result. Could not recommend Annegret more highly and I will be sure to use her every time!

Annegret hat ausgezeichnet auf unsere beiden Katzen aufgepasst und sie liebevoll betreut. Sie ist sehr zuverlässig und achtet auf Details. Futterwünsche wurden super umgesetzt. Zudem ist sie sehr kommunikativ und wir wurden mit schönen Fotos versorgt. Wir empfehlen Annegret auf jeden Fall weiter und werden sie sicher auch wieder zur Betreuung unserer beiden wählen.
