Dogs Are Better Than People!
I've had dogs my whole life and love playing with and training them. I unfortunately lost Axel, my shepherd/husky mix, last year. But I still have Harley (technically my boyfriend's, but we've lived together 3 years now). Harley is a sweet, 4-year-old, 40 lb spayed female mystery mix who loves to play, especially with other dogs. We go for lots of walks each day and we like playing, learning and practicing tricks. She knows the basics and can also spin, place, go around you, and now we're practicing crawl. I think people could learn a lot from dogs if they paid more attention. I've started dog sitting for neighbors the past few years and always enjoy getting to know new dogs. One of my favorite dogs I've cared for is Goose, a 5-year-old male Chesapeake Bay retriever. I also work managing a restaurant in town and do graphic design part-time from home as well.

I live in an apartment downtown in Annapolis. We currently do not have a yard; however, we go for a lot of walks and still spend a lot of time outside at parks and just hanging out in front of the apartment to people (and dog) watch. I have a crate, and my dog is crate-trained, so if/when your pup is over, I'm prepared to separate them if needed.

Anne took the best care of my baby! My baby has separation anxiety (and so do I) and she handled both of us so delicately and sent me constant update pics I requested and kept my little furball so occupied she didn’t have time to miss me!

I have used Anne-Marie for over 2 years to watch and take care of both my great pyranees and my golden labradoodle. She is always thoughtful and proactive and does an amazing job. My two aren't always the easiest, but she is patient and understanding and they are always so excited to see her! Highly recommend
Anne has been taking care of my pup for years. Anytime I’m going to be out of town or working late, I know I can always count on her to feed and walk my little furry friend as well as play with her to get some energy out and provide company so my pup doesn’t feel too lonely. She’s always on time and very respectful of my property and belongings.
Anne Marie has been a lifesaver to me and my dog Goose. Goose and her dog Axel have become brothers, and AM has become Gooses favorite person. She took Goose into her home for three weeks because she noticed immediately that my chemotherapy had left me bedridden. She still walk Goose when I'm sick and it's great to see how happy he is to see her. AM is a very respectful and responsible friend. I know that she has a tremendous knowledge of dogs and that she's innately in tune with them as well. Best dog walker I know.

Schedule
I work managing a restaurant downtown in Annapolis, and also do freelance graphic design work from home. Except for Mondays, my shifts at the restaurant are all p.m. shifts so I'm home and available most days anytime before 3:00. I'm off from the restaurant on Tuesdays and Fridays. I currently have and have always had dogs so I'm very used to going for multiple walks a day.
