I have extensive hands-on experience caring for dogs with a wide range of personalities, energy levels, and needs. I trained my own dog from six weeks old, giving me firsthand experience with puppy training, establishing routines, socialization, and positive reinforcement. I have also dog-sat dogs with aggressive or challenging behaviors and understand the importance of patience, reading body language, maintaining boundaries, and prioritizing safety. In addition, I have owned small dogs with ongoing health and medication needs, giving me experience following detailed care instructions, administering medications, monitoring behavior, and recognizing when something may be outside their normal routine. I’m comfortable caring for dogs who need extra attention, structure, patience, or specialized care, and I take the responsibility of caring for someone’s pet very seriously.

I create a calm, safe, and comfortable environment by caring for dogs in their own homes and routines whenever possible. I have extensive experience with high-needs dogs, including anxious, reactive, senior, and medically sensitive dogs, and I prioritize patience, consistency, supervision, and individualized care.

I cannot recommend Anne enough! She watched my two dogs and treated them exactly like her own. She made sure they got plenty of exercise on their daily walks and is comfortable giving them daily medication. She even went above and beyond by driving to pick up a medication when we were out of town. To top it all off, my two dogs are snugglers and she let both of my dogs sleep in bed with her. Anne is responsible, caring, and goes the extra mile.

Schedule
I work remotely full time, allowing me to maintain a flexible schedule and stay in your home so your pet is not left alone for extended periods, aside from necessary errands. I typically go to the gym early in the morning and attend a yoga class after work; otherwise, I work from my laptop at home, taking regular breaks to exercise, care for, and spend time with your pet. With your approval, I may also bring my exceptionally well-behaved 2.5-year-old dog, whose details are included on my profile. I have dedicated significant time and effort to her training, and she is calm, respectful, and well-mannered.
