Hi! I’m Anne, and I’m a volunteer dog walker/handler at Muddy Paws Rescue! I’ve loved and cared for dogs my entire life. I grew up with a dachshund then lived with roommates who had dogs, big and small. Occasionally, I dog-sit for friends. My experience includes: -Administering medication (orally, in food, liquid or pill) -Crate cleaning -Dog safety best practices -Dog walking/handling -Playtime and tricks (my fave!) I want to work with dogs simply because I love them. Caring for them, playing with them, giving them all the belly rubs bring me joy. I know schedules can get busy — I’m here to give your fur baby my undivided attention. I’ll look after them as though they were my own!

Safety, trust & environment
I live in a peaceful one-bedroom apartment, on a third floor walk-up. I have no other dogs or pets, so it’s just me spending 1:1 time with your pup! I only host one dog at a time in my home. I also request pet parents bring everything they need for boarding, including food, bed, toys, poop bags, and treats, etc.

Very reliable and is great with dogs! Happy to have someone who my dog is comfortable with on the days we can’t take him on a walk.
Anne did such an amazing job with our senior dog. She did great communicating, sent the cutest photos, and was super helpful when I had a schedule change! Would definitely recommend her :)
Anne has been great! Her receptiveness to our process and structure with our 12 week old puppy is incredibly reassuring and we know he loves getting to see her during his break in the day. We’re excited to continue working with her!
Our dog told us he had a great time being walked by Anne, who was also very communicative and responsive throughout the booking.
Anne has been wonderful with River. We were able to enjoy our vacation, while knowing River is well taken care of.
Anne has been instrumental in helping Melville adjust to the city. I’m a “crazy dog Mom” and never worry when Anne is with Melville. She’s communicative, takes lots of photos and keeps me informed. I’m highly recommend Anne!

Schedule
I’m a freelance writer working from home full-time, Mon-Thurs. Boarding includes: 2 long-form walks, potty breaks every 3-4 hours, bonding/playtime. Daycare includes: Potty breaks every 3-4 hours, one long-form walk (if requested).
