I work, primarily from home, & have much flexibility. I do a lot of writing. Movement outdoors & time away from the screen or project, gives me time to process, think, & refine my creativity, even when my attention is on the trail, my animal companion, or the ball that must be thrown. Movement is essential for me, so bringing a dog along, or stopping to take one for a walk, brings value to my day in more ways than it would appear. I have a few appointments during the week. None are longer than 2 hours.

Hi, I’m Anne, a lifelong animal lover with over 50 years of experience caring for everything from family cats & neighborhood dogs to fish, & more. I bring calm, loving energy to every home I enter, & animals of all kinds tend to relax with me right away. I grew up in a home where pets were part of the family, & I’ve cared for an entire range of creatures. I’ve always been the person neighbors & friends trusted to look after their pets and their homes, even back in high school. Today, I’m mom to two beloved cats: 6-year-old Loki and 20-year-old Zuzu. Caring for pets at every stage of life has made me patient, intuitive, & attuned to the subtle needs of seniors, sensitive animals, & high energy pets who need movement & engagement. I love to move & to be out doors, especially with a canine sweetheart. I’m active & playful, so walks & outdoor time are always a joy, but I’m equally comfortable offering quiet companionship to shy, elderly, or anxious pets. I keep homes tidy, houseplants thriving, & communication clear & consistent while you’re away. Whether your family includes small sweethearts or large loves, I provide dependable care, gentle presence, and genuine love. My goal is simple: your pets feel safe, understood, & at home. Hi there - Anne's sister here. Annie would make a trustworthy & friendly dog-walker! She has been a pet mom for many years, loves animals, and values taking good care of them. She is active & an excellent communicator. The doggies would be in exceptional care with Anne!
Yes! Anne is great with my pets. I have a medium large pit pull who will take out our knees if she gets excited and starts zoomies. Anne handles Pretzel 🥨 with ease. Is very loving with her and even wipes her slobber. I also have a wonderful boy tuxedo cat that just loves her when she comes over. Tuna my cat will be asleep somewhere in the yard and when he hears Anne, he comes running and snuggles up for pets. Anne handles both of my pets with love and ease.
