Welcome to the Hotel Charleston! Our passion is taking care of dogs and we devote ourselves to providing a safe environment for your four-legged best friend filled with exercise, fun and love. We have 50 years of experience with dogs as well as extensive training in dog walking. Having rehabilitated several dogs over the past 10+ years provides us with the knowledge to relate to all kinds of canine friends: older dogs, puppies… and everything in between. Any special instructions, requests or needs for your pet, will be supported with compassion and competence in order to ensure a first-class time away from you for your four-legged family member. We provide updates and photos throughout your stay away from your pup! Your dogs schedule is our schedule! We will follow your lead and will ask questions while you are away if needed. We do not want your best friend to feel like they have to follow “our schedule”. When you come home we want them to be like they never left you and return to there normal way of life. We hope to continue whatever you do at homei. That is why it’s great through the ROVER app we are able to have an open line of communication throughout their stay with us!

Anne and Chip were a true life saver!! We were in town and booked a dog friendly hotel however my two were not having it. Needless to say we had to find a quick place for someone to accommodate. My older boy has a bit of anxiety and can be restless they were wonderful and they knew how to handle him. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
Anne was very attentive to my dogs. She is reliable and communicative! I felt comfortable knowing my dogs were well cared for!
Anne ans Chip were the perfects hosts to our girl. Did everything we usually do and with lots of love! We’ll be booking again!
We received so many photos of our dog who enjoyed his stay! He got lots of outdoor porch time, couch cuddles, and attention. He had fun with the other dogs and came home ready for a good nap! Anne and chip also gave Scotty his meds as required. We are happy with our dog’s stay at their place!
Anne and Chip watched our two dogs for a few nights while we were out of town. They sent us regular updates and pictures, which is awesome and assured us the girls had great time during their stay. Our social and outgoing dog seemed to really enjoy hanging out with Anne and Chip’s dogs and visitors. Anne showed extra love to our shy and sometimes skittish dog, and by the time we were back, I’m still not sure either wanted to leave. We definitely recommend Anne and Chip and look forward to using them again!
