Availability
One of us will be at home all day and your dog will have plenty of company, cuddles, and play time. There are parks, trails and countryside near where we live and we also enjoy walking at Rickmansworth Aquadrome which is a lovely place for dog walking.

We have a large (100ft long) fully secured back garden. Perfect for playing ball 🥎. In the summer the back door is always open so dogs can come in and out as they please. We do however always keep an eye on them, as we know they can get up to mischief. Dogs are allowed on the sofa and if staying overnight they can sleep wherever they feel comfortable, be it the sofa or our bed as we know some dogs can be anxious about being away from home. We live in a bungalow so we will never be far away if your dog is anxious about being separated.

A typical day
We offer walks in the neighbourhood dependent on your dog’s requirements. There is a lovely wooded walk very close by and popular with the locals so a great place for socialising. Play time in the garden. Your dog will love chasing the ball in our large garden.

Pet care experience
My husband (Martin) and I have both grown up with dogs and other animals and recently had to say goodbye to our beloved 12 year old beagle. We have experience of puppies and training them, to understanding the needs of senior dogs.

Lovely couple who looked after our Niko for a short stay ..he seemed very happy and settled with them.Anne was very kind to send me loads of pictures of Niko. Would definitely book again in the future.
I was so worried about leaving my very anxious dog overnight with Anne and Martin for the first time but he settled so well he even ate his food (which he often doesn’t when out of routine) and Anne kept me updated throughout his time with them which really made our special day and night out much more enjoyable.
Archie was very at home with Anne & Martin Will definitely be visiting again! Loved the updates x
