Home from home for doggy friends
Having been a dog owner for most of my life, I missed my the company of a dog when I had to say a sad farewell to my loyal gentle border collie Bluey, when he was found to have very aggressive throat cancer. I decided to start boarding as I love having some canine company. I was quite content with that but recently I inherited a little pooch, Flo, from a sick elderly friend who is no longer able to look after her. I live in a semi-rural place with plenty of dog walking opportunities. I would be happy to look after any breed but I would prefer that they are used to children as I regularly have visiting grand children., though they too are used to dogs and treat them with respect and kindness . I am looking forward to getting to know your special doggy friend and ensuring a happy home from home holiday for them.

Bailey thoroughly enjoyed his recent stay with Anne. Can’t praise Anne highly enough, just such a caring person. This gives us peace of mind when leaving Bailey that he’s in good hands and will be well cared for. He can’t wait for his next visit. 🐶🐾

Schedule
I am at home most of the time so your dog will not be left alone for long periods. I am happy to be at home enjoying the company of your doggy friend.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a small garden which is fine for quick toilet breaks but tend where possible to take your dog for walks .There are plenty of good rural walking places around my home but I also like trips to the beach or further afield .

I live in a rural setting with plenty of good dog walking places. I also love beach walks preferably with a doggy friend and a supply of balls for the fun loving ones..
