Large fenced yard, lots of playtime
We, (Anne & John) live in North Raleigh/Wake Forest, near Falls Lake and LOVE dogs. We are both now retired from decades of nursing and home full time with our best job ever- taking excellent care of dogs. Owners do not have to worry about their pets while they are away (so you can truly relax and enjoy). We pride ourselves in our clients pups considering our home their home. When your dogs stay with us, they are “our” dogs and they get loved, spoiled and monitored like our own pack. Both of us have had dogs essentially our whole lives,I guess we are just "dog people". We would love to host your dog for their vacation! Our own pups (Makeda, Atlas and Bolo our Hungarian Kuvasz, Mishka our Bernese Mountain Dog, Hallie our very senior border collie and our two little white fluffiest Titan and Ellie Mae are very socialized to other dogs, as we have been hosting dogs in our home for several years now. All of our large dogs have earned AKC Canine Good Citizen certification, two of them trained service animals. Polite manners are essential elements of a relaxed atmosphere when hanging out with multiple dogs all day. Both of us having been hospital nurses “forever” and are comfortable with physical ailments if your dog should have special medical needs. Nothing scares us :) If your dog has been trained with an e-collar please share that information with us. We require that all our guests be house trained and non destructive. Also, your pet will be sleeping with us in our bedroom, so kindly bring your pup recently bathed. Our guests play well together but sometimes play hard. For the safety of our other guests, we respectfully ask that your pups nails are trimmed and smooth. Unfortunately, we are unable to host certain breeds. This is due to insurance reasons. Breeds that we cannot host; pitbull, Rottweiler, any bully breeds, boxers, and other breeds that are considered aggressive. Things to bring... 1) Food, labeled and feeding instructions 2 Sturdy leash Note: Less is better!!! No toys, crates, bed , Bowls, food scoopers. All our guests must be spayed or neutered, and friendly with other dogs. We have multiple dogs at a time (as shown in the photos) and most all are repeat customers that have been here enough that we know their personalities and behaviors well. We become their second home. Most of the dogs even know each other. We are proud that 99 percent of our doggie guests are "repeat boarders"!!!

Great stay. Jaycee was happy and very well taken care of. Lots of pictures and updates which we really appreciated.
Finn has been to see John & Anne for daycare several times, and now for an overnight stay. They are truly dog lovers and their home and yard is like Disneyland for dogs! They helped Finn (who is a sensitive boy) adjust and he has had a great time! Highly recommend.
Anne and John are very patient with my Weimeraner Sage who has very serious separation anxiety but she is really improving under their care.
Sage has terrible separation anxiety. I was happy that Anne and John had patience with her.
Anne and John were amazing to work with to get our dog, Ranger all set up for his stay at their beautiful home. He had the best time. Highly recommend!
Anne and John are just amazing. Our 5 month old Golden had the time of her life. Anne and John provide wonderful care and fantastic communication. Both my wife and I enjoyed receiving videos and updates provided a couple times a day. Our pup adores both John and Anne and we are thrilled to find such a great place to bring our pup that we trust and know our dog will be provided the best care. We will be returning customers for sure.

Programa
Our operating hours are from 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM. From 11-2 is “quiet time” with no arrivals during that period. Overnight boarding, typically starts after 2 PM until the next day. We are available 365 days a year. The entire place has completely gone to the dogs. Weather permitting, we have lots of outdoor play and swimming. We also have a great deal of indoor play too. Daycare: Typically goes 9 AM to 5 PM. Monday through Friday as well as weekends however, we are flexible with times.

Our routine--up early in the morning, go to bed late at night, and in-between scheduled meal times, nap time, play time and frequent outdoor activities keep everyone well exercised and happy. No boredom here! Lots of fun and activity for our guests, and a treat for fur-baby owners to know that their doggies are being well taken care of, played with, and loved while they are away. Daily pictures and video updates as well. We khow important it is for pet owners to be comfortable, and trust they have made the right decision on where to let their pups vacation while they are away. Your dog(s) will be sure to come home happy and tired! We have about 2 acres that is fenced to run, play, and sniff and an additional fenced area patio/pool house to lounge around in, and pools to play in. Aside from focusing on things like tennis balls and chasing games, we care for all guests in a very safe fashion. If the doggies are outside, then so are we. Everyone is fed in a separate location, and we pay close attention to needs and behaviors. At night every sleeps on their own bed, in our bedroom.
