Fresh water is always available. • Sleep Arrangements: Pets have cozy, designated areas to rest, whether it’s a crate, bed, or blanket, depending on what they’re comfortable with. • Grooming & Hygiene: Regular grooming is provided, including brushing, cleaning eyes and ears, and ensuring litter boxes or potty areas are clean. • Health & Medication: If pets are on medication or need special care, I carefully administer treatments as per the owner’s directions. Caring for Pets in Client’s Home: • Home Security: I maintain the security of the home by following any specific instructions regarding entry and exit, locking doors, and managing alarms. • Familiar Environment: Pets get the comfort of being in their own home, which can reduce stress. I ensure their regular routine is followed as closely as possible. • Exercise & Feeding: Just like in my home, I ensure pets get their regular walks, exercise, feeding schedule, and playtime. This might also include activities like yard time or neighborhood strolls. • Mail & Plants: I often provide additional services such as collecting mail or watering plants, as requested by the client. • Updates: I send regular updates and photos to the owners to assure them that their pet is happy and well-cared for in their absence. Regardless of the location, my goal is to create a safe, loving environment for pets and maintain consistency in their care routine to keep them comfortable and happy.
