Anna is kind and considerate, and clearly loves animals. I had her watch my 2 dogs in my house for 6 days while traveling for work. She followed my detailed written care instructions and was responsive to additional requests and suggestions during the time I was away. Anna provided many walks of various lengths according to each of my dogs needs and energy levels. She left my house in good shape and washed the bedding before she left. Unfortunately my bedroom smelled like a dog poop when I got home and I found a dried pile behind the bedroom door. My smaller dog does potty on pads indoors sometimes, but this poop location makes me believe he got shut in the bedroom without access to a potty pad and Anna did not find it to clean it up. My larger concerns are based on updates that I got from my neighbors who texted me while I was away. At one point, Anna was grocery shopping and my back door was left open, and I got text pictures from my neighbor of my door wide open and dogs running around unsupervised outdoors. While I do believe it was an accident, it caused me a lot of anxiety since I was 8 hrs from home. My neighbor came over to secure the dogs in the house and lock the door. On another day, I got complaint texts from 2 neighbors and a photo of my dog standing at the back door waiting to come inside. My neighbor said that my dog had been outside crying on and off for 2 hours. I felt so sad to hear this news. Anna did have an explanation about it and said that my dogs were brought in 15 minutes prior, but again it causes stress while I am away. I try to be flexible and understanding of issues, and maybe these things were unfortunate isolated problems, but little mistakes can be a risk to my pets safety. I leave this review not to shame but in hopes of helping her to improve the experience for others.

She did exactly what I wanted and more. I have a very shy cat, she was patient with her, and let her come out at her own pace. Sent a text and accompanying picture each day , as requested. Very pleased with her performance. Will use her a again.

Annamaria was great! My Dog was happy as can be and I know he received a lot of attention as she provided photos of him walking, eating, playing, etc., etc. I would absolutely book Annamaria again and I am sure we will in the future! Thank you for making my dog’s experience better than expected! We were happy to know he was in good hands.

Annamaria was great! I got great pics every day of my cat and she seemed to really care. Will definitely be booking again :)
