She was very sweet and understanding when complications arose with my apartment complex. We did a walkthrough and I told her all the steps of my cat’s care. After she stayed for a few days, we noticed the water was empty, the litterbox didn’t have fresh litter, there was pee on our living room carpet, and it appeared the litter had not been changed/added at all because after we had returned to our whole apartment smelling like cat pee/poop and none of the containers of litter that we had just filled before leaving had been touched. I left on vacation so I was not able to communicate everyday, but I did not receive any updates on my cat or get asked any questions about the care so I had thought everything was okay. Especially because I had discussed with her what to do and how to refill the litter/water. We had an issue with our apartment complex regarding parking and that was the most we communicated, but even after helping pay for that incident, it does not appear that my cat was cared for to the extent I had thought. I did communicate my cat required more litter and water than most, so to see those were empty was upsetting. Again, she is very sweet and I would just say that communication would have been better to ensure care expectations were fully met (whether that was asking me how to do something or checking in with me about her care).
