Annalise took care of Curtis for me while I was gone for 5 days in Mexico. While I appreciate her help and Curtis is doing great, I won’t use her services again because I found it challenging to communicate with her. My expectation when I am paying for in home cat sitting is that the person provides me periodic updates on my on my pets wellbeing and responds to my texts. Annalise did not proactively send any updates, and the only updates she sent were after I sent more than one text requesting an update. Im not expecting constant communication, just a daily message letting me know how it’s going. I prefer my experience with rovers who communicate proactively with me, this makes me feel much more comfortable about how my pet is doing in my absence.

Annalise was great with Wallace and was super helpful in accommodating a last minute request! Thank you for taking good care of him!

I have two middle-aged-to-elderly cats (one orange Garfield-esque male, and his sister) who Annalise watches whenever I leave town. I must say, I think my cats love Annalise even more than they love me! Whenever Annalise comes over, my cats waltz right up to them and lean in for eternal pets. And whenever I return home, the cats seem as relaxed and content as ever. Annalise is attentive, caring, responsible, and super pleasant to be around. Last year, one of my cats got an infection on his paw and had to wear a protective cone on his head for several weeks as a result. He couldn't clean himself, and was just bummed overall. I had to go out of town for a few days in the middle of this ordeal and had Annalise watch him, knowing that they'd be the best person to cheer him up. Sure enough, he was in better spirits when I got back and made a full recovery soon after. Five stars for Annalise! I'd recommend them to any pet owner.
